When your dive profile is bottoming out at 130-140 feet, you better know that what you are getting into is worth it - the Blue Hole does not disappoint! Stalactites at 100 feet below the surface seem otherworldly as real sharks [not those dinky nurse sharks everyone is so familiar with] weave in and out acting as sentries for the... more

Dove the Blue Hole yesterday with Amigos Del Mar here in San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. The dive was spectacular! The boat moored to a bouy about 25 yards from the hole - we entered, tested our bouyancy (1st dive of the day) and swam to the hole.
