I felt it was pretty boring. I can say I did it now. Visibility was poor when we went. Did see some reef sharks. Too many divers in the water and way too many bubbles. The stalactites are fine but lacking in much marine life. Take gravol before you go as it is a bumpy ride and a long one... More

Make sure to book with a reputable company as from San Pedro it is a long ride out. It will make sure experience more enjoyable and worth the extra money. It was my first time diving so deep, there were a few sharks around. Amazing to see all the stalactites . Must do !!!! More

The blue hole is somewhat awe inspiring because of the column of deep blue water that surrounds you. I snorkelled and my husband dove and we both had different experiences. Worth the extra money though, given it's unique-ness. Take motion sickness pills before you leave because the open water in a 45 foot boat is stomach churning! More

The blue hole is a must for any avid diver traveling to Belize. We went on the Amigos del mar boat, watch out, many companies just broker onto a boat, Amigos is there own outfit. You should do this to check if off your list. The other dives on this day trip are actually nicer than the blue hole itself, but the blue hole is unique. Also be ready for a very long boat ride. More
