My favorite thing about Wills Park are "my friends," the beautiful horses at the equestrian center. There are competitions and gatherings of horse people and their magnificent steeds. Sometimes, I just pull into the parking lot near the horse ring and enjoy the sweet animals. There is nothing more gorgeous. Of course, the park has many other attractions and activities... More

Wills Park has a smorgasbord of things to do including a large shaded playground for children, baseball fields, tennis courts, ultimate Frisbee golf course, an outdoor public pool (charges admission), basketball court, dog park, and a couple of miles of walking trails. There is also an equestrian arena that hosts events and a public vegetable garden.

Lots of fun for the entire family. Easy access from Old Milton Parkway. We go there often to get out and walk. Dog park could use a little work though.

We should be very thankful for the wonderful walking, swimming, event park that we have in our own neighborhood.

The park is well maintained and features great walking trails, play ground area, picnic spots, sports fields, Frisbee golf course, dog park and more... there is something for everyone here. We love going here with our kids to play or just to take a nice long walk. They even have an equestrian center. If you like city parks, be sure... More

I enjoy walking the trail in this park. It takes you through woods, past ball fields and horse rings, and past a disc golf course. It is mostly level if hills bother you. Lots to do here, including a playground. Horse shows can add to the sights - the park remains open to the general public even during shows. A... More

Beyond what other positive reviews have probably already mentioned about the picnic areas, hiking/jogging trails, tennis center, baseball fields, swimming pool (summers), equestrian facility, and mega-playground, I really liked: - large naturistic, spaciousness, lack of crowded areas anywhere - that it is away from traffic, noise, pollution, etc. - the clean, numerous, but inconspicuous restroom facilities - the ample convenient... Wills park is a great park and well maintained. There is a variety of walking paths though and around the park. For dog lovers there is a large dog park which separates small and mid to large dogs with plenty of space. There are usually baseball games to watch and a unique thing about this park is a section devoted... More

The Wills park dog park is great! The fenced-in area for the dog is adequately high enough for jumping dogs and has three separate sections. One section is for small dogs. The middle section is for medium and large dogs. The 3rd section is for dogs who do not get along with others or just for owners who want to... More
