I believe this to be one of the toughest and best public golf courses in Georgia. Beautiful layout on Lake Acworth and some challenging greens. Slices and Hooks will keep youin trouble here.

Called the evening before and set up a Tee time, for early the next morning. I got there early, was alone so they were happy to pair me off with another golfer, lucky for me he knew a little about the course. We enjoyed a good game of golf on a well laid out course, with a lot of challenges... More

Played here twice while vacationing in Georgia last week. The course is beautiful and challenging. All the personal were very friendly, golf shop, snack bar, starter, marshals, everyone took time to be sure we were well taken care of. At midweek we had the corse to ourselves. And the price was very reasonable for a course of this quality.

Don't be fooled by the appearance, and the fact it is a public course. This course is a great ocurse in a beautiful setting. Although appearances make this place seem a little rough round the edges, the reality is that a great golf course is lying ahead. With lovely scenery and really neat holes, this is one great value track... More

I have been here a few times and I do enjoy this course. In August 2015, the course is a little worn. The paths for the carts on and off the fairways are in need of repair on a good number of the holes. The course is in pretty good shape overall but some of the greens were a little... More

I lived in Atlanta in the 90s and played this course when it first opened. I was in town for a long business trip and had the opportunity to play Cobblestone again. This course has matured beautifully. The fairways and greens are in great shape. There are many beautiful holes with water views, elevation changes. Play the blues if you... More

Played on June 13th; practice green is horrible. Greens are fair, course conditions fair, but not what I'd expect for almost $60. A ranger hollering and screaming at somebody else ruined the day; he had the gall to tell us we needed to see him coming and stop playing so he could do his "job" which is a pitiful excuse... More

I was in town to visit friends for the weekend and decided to give Cobblestone a shot. The shaggy and spotty practice green near the clubhouse should have tipped us off that the course had not been well maintained, but we assumed that it would be an isolated incident. Sadly, this was not the case. We noticed bare spots from... More

The layout and variety of the fairways is something everyone should enjoy. Reasonable cost and a s]ecial discount for 55+ makes a visit here a good one.
