Great place to exercise at!

My son enjoys riding his bike there with friends. Has many access points and it is always well kept.

The West Orange is a great place for getting out and enjoying a safe walk or ride. The south end of the trail is the better end. Located at the Orange/Lake County line on Oakland, there is good parking with facilities. The path is divided and two way over train tressels (rails to trails) with numerous small towns and stops... Great jogging and cycling trail. Beautiful scenery, peaceful and serene. A good bit of shade provided by the over hanging trees.

If you're an avid runner or cyclist, this trail is tops. It has a few depots where you can stop and rest, use the bathroom and refill your water bottles. The whole trail is paved, and wide enough for 3 cyclists to ride side by side.

One of the nicest, well maintained Bicycle Trails in Central Florida. It connects north east to the Apopka Trail, and south west to the Lake County Trail. It right through the center of Winter Garden's restored downtown, with restaurants and bike stores. It is very family friendly, and very safe. I typically ride from the north Buddha Temple trailhead, to... More

Now that I am back from my vacation it is time to get serious about all the goodies I ate while gone. So, I hit our favorite trail with my husband today. Going from the parking lot at the Budda Temple to Clark Rd. is about 3 miles round-trip and that is our usual. Although this time of day 2:00... More

We started at the Chapin Station and rode down through Winter Gardens - all the way down to the southern terminus of the trail, which was about 18 miles round trip. The section through Winter Gardens is nice. There are plenty of shops and places to eat. We stopped and enjoyed lunch on our return back to Chapin. There are... More

Looked up this trail before our March break vacation in Florida. It was EXCELLENT! We brought all 5 bikes for our family - everybody loved it. Trails are smoothly paved and no big hills. Goes through little historic towns which allow for breaks to purchase ice cream, etc. Loved it!

Very well maintained Bicycle Off-Road Trail, centered about Winter Garden (the trail runs right down the middle of a landscaped median thru the center of Historic Winter Garden, but it connects seamlessly to the Apopka Trail to the north-east, and the Lake County Trail to the west going all the way to Lake Miniola and Claremont. It is about 60... More

The West Orange Trail is a sweet find for those who enjoy Central Florida's natural beauty. We biked from Killarney Station to downtown Winter Garden and back, about a 10.5 mile ride. The trail is relatively flat and includes a variety of rural, suburban and small-town urban scenery. It's great the way the trail is incorporated into the heart of... More
