Nice walk on the beach from Rod and Reel Pier, picked up some pretty shells and had a beautiful view!

Just went to Bean Point today. It wasn't quite what I was expecting. The pictures I see on here are gorgeous, but the water was murky. Maybe this is an issue in just December? We did follow the advice of other reviewers and parked at Rod and Reel and walked around until we reached Bean Point, which was a quick... More

Most beautiful and quite. Loved our walks around Bean Point with its seclusion. Loved fishing and eating at Rod and Reel Pier. Loved going to Sandbar Restaurant. Two weeks is not near enough...North of Pine Street has many vacation rentals and you can walk Bean Point till your hearts content but you will want to return year after year. People... More

Bean Point is a great place to be still and watch the sun set after a beautiful day on Anna Maria Island. I'm not sure of the best place to park, I opted to park by the Rod & Reel Pier and walked along the beach to get to Bean Point.

Walked all the way to the tip of the island where Bean Point is-- it was absolutely gorgeous and a relaxing way to spend the afternoon. Caught a beautiful sunset, too!

This was a favorite place to watch the sun come up and to find some shells. It was difficult for us to find Bean Point at first. We parked at Rod and Reel Pier and walked down the street until we found beach access. Such a beautiful place early in the morning. We were lucky enough to see some beautiful... More

Bean Point is at the north end of Anna Maria Island. There are a couple of public access areas but home owners REALLY try to discourage access! Over the last few years, tides have changed the sands, allowing you to walk the beach from Coquina Beach to Bean Point. I wouldn't recommend swimming at Bean Point, as the current/tides are... More

We just loved walking Bean Point. The day we were there we saw some jellyfish (not the kind that sting) and also a Nerf sharf doing some fishing. The waters were clear and the beach was perfect for soaking in the sun or walking the pier on one end or the Sandollar restaurant which is a good 45 minute walk... More

Anna Maria Island Beach is our favorite beach. It is stunning, pristine and everything about it is breathtaking. It looks and feels like the beaches you find in the Caribbean. It has beautiful turquoise waters, clean soft sand, the views are gorgeous and it is very tranquil. If you enjoy long walks along the beach a walk to Bean Point... More
