Arapahoe Park is a great place to spend a few hours on a weekend. Good location, and a nice facility. Bet the ponies or just watch. Family friendly. Refreshments and snacks available. I just wish they advertised more.

Arrived a little late (admission is free after half the races), but still managed to have a great time. Can't say I made the big time but a nice clean and well laid out facility. Enclosed windowed arena area overlooking the finish line and board. Lot's of food service and OTB if you want to bet on other tracks. An... More

This is a great, inexpensive diversion for people looking to do something different. It only costs. $3.00 to get in on General Admission, ($1.00 for people 55 and older), and there is plenty of room. If you want to pay a little more, you can "reserve" a table with or without waiter service in air-conditioned comfort inside for $15.00. The... More

We were invited to go to the track with the family and friends so we took up the offer. The parking is free but there is a small entrance fee. If you want a racing program you have to pay three dollars. They have inside seating and outdoor seating with concrete benches and a few table and chairs with umbrellas.... More

Had a great time here on Father's Day with the family. It is kid friendly, and neat and clean. There is a clubhouse for dining in, and benches for outside seating and snacking. I wish they offered more food selections and more food stands downstairs, as the lines are always so very long. It is a great way to spend... More

Great place to enjoy an afternoon of live horse racing. Club house and grandstand is clean, modern and spacious. To sit at a table in the club house section you must pay for a reservation, $10 with drink service and $15 to include food service. You can get burgers, dog, brats, and fries at the grill but can only get... More

Small race track in comparison to San Anita and Church Hill Downs, but still impressive. Live races offered on Fridays Saturdays and sundays when during the racing season. Occasionaly races take place on holidays as well. Lots of fun!

You can make a fun day out of a visit to Arapahoe Park. There's plenty of parking and admission is reasonable; get a table for the afternoon. The food is a little over-priced but that's to be expected at someplace like this. You can wander down to the track or over to the stables, or you can stay in the... More

Always have fun there. It is a small town track, and as such it is really very good. Up until this year I would have given it a 5. Four of us always go together at least twice a summer. And we get there and have lunch which is usually plain fare but pretty good. This year is was C**P.... More

We go here about once a year with my parents, my brother and his family. We're not big gamblers but we all usually put down (ie - lose) a few bucks with each visit and always enjoy ourselves. The building is not a dump by any means and has always had plenty of seating each time we visited. There is... More
