Great for hiking. Many views along the way and wildlife. Exciting day out. Remember to be back for the final bus in time!

The excellent local nordic center in Aspen suggested this trail as the Rio Grande Trail had melted too much. Yummy hike, but if you are unused to the altitude you will huff and puff. It is worth the hike, regardless. Saw a ptarmigan, beautiful rock formations, great mountain wildflowers.
Absolutely beautiful! Another must see if visiting the area. A great photo opportunity. Again, consider the weather as many of these areas and roads are closed and if you want to see it your only option is to hike in.

What a beautiful and breathtaking place. It was our Austrian exchange students favorite place so far. So tranquil and pretty. Perfect day there.
Just get up really early and get there before the busloads. You'll be with a handful of other quiet lovers and get to see the early sun on this still pristine spot.
Good track and includes both open and sheltered stages. Well worth the visit for all fitness levels.
get off the shuttle bus, walk 3 mins, and you are there. it's pity that water level is low this year.
