This is a small brewery that is up a flight of stairs above a restaurant. The brewery and restaurant are not connected but you can order/pay and the wait staff will walk your food up stairs. We sat out on the balcony on a sunny day and enjoyed their IPAs and a sandwich from downstairs. The beer was really good... More

Went in to try the beer...left enjoying the beer and loving the bartender! Justin, (I hope I got this right) made our visit super fun! He gave us some ideas for local fun like luve music. He's a really sweet guy. I enjoyed the saison and hubby liked the amber. Definitely at place to check out while in Aspen and... More

My husband and I visited this place while we were in town for the Xgames. Wow, their Cobbler beer was so unique and amazing and my husband loved their IPA. We thought the atmosphere was where it was at though. The place was hopping and the bartender not only kept his cool but was pretty hilarious and having a good... More

There's a decent beer selection and the staff is friendly, but the laid back atmosphere is what makes it a great place to just chill out and relax in. You get a nice view from the upstairs and there were even 2 artists on the balcony painting. There are games (including Cards Against Humanity) and plenty of people to chat... More

Enjoyed this brewery so much on a short trip to Aspen with my brother-in-law and wife. The beers were excellent, the bartender was engaging and fun to talk to, and the atmosphere was spectacular. Loved the outdoor seating and the relaxed ambiance. I only wish we didn't live so far away or I would be a regular at this establishment.

A good choice if you want a nice beer and escape the touristy side of Aspen. At least on my visit, it seemed mostly occupied by local service folks and artists. Nice view of the mountain is a bonus.

We're spending a few days in Aspen to see the beautiful fall colors. An afternoon walk through the town ended up at the Aspen Brewing Company. Displayed on the door is the sign that says "no dogs allowed in eating establishments. We went in an ordered a couple of their beers, which were tasty. Shortly after we sat down, a... More

A really good place to hang out and relax. No frills but atmosphere is great. Good beer too. Loved the dog that hangs out there.

This place is easy to walk by- you enter a small doorway then you walk up a flight of stairs and viola! You step into a modest bar- no frills, which was perfect. There is a small cozy patio which was packed, so we sat at the bar and had a few pints.Though I really enjoyed my Conundrum Red, I... More

The focus of this tasting room is the beer. No frills. The small outdoor deck has a fine view of the ski hill, and the indoor seating has a comfortable padded bench surrounding it. Good prices for Aspen - $4.75 per pint, $9.00 for a growler refill. The Independence Pass Ale (IPA) is a good hoppy example of the style.... More
