Aspen mountain is a wonderful ski area with lots of history and a real town at the base of the hill. From town, the visable portion of the ski hill is rather intimidating as all the easier runs are located at the top, not visible from town. This is a good mountain for experts. Beginners and intermediates should go elsewhere... More

There wasn't much choice but to use this company to buy ski lift tickets and lesson tickets - but they were efficient and friendly. We hired skis at Inclide - a different place to support a different business as Aspen Ski Co still had a few thousand dollars from us for lift tickets and lessons!

Veteran got his head caught in the Ajax Gondola with his neck and head sticking outside the doors. He gopro'd it on video. There was nobody in the control shed to stop the gondola to help the guy before he took the ride up with his head and neck stuck. Ski Co took his pass because he recorded it on... More

ASC does a tremendous job. We've been coming to Aspen for 20 years +. The lift systems are wonderful. The automated ski passes are wonderful. The grooming conditions are wonderful. The skiing variety is wonderful. The bus transporation is wonderful. And, we believe, for this year they FINALLY changed the advance purchases so you could buy a 5 out of... More

Says it all really, used them in Aspen Buttermilk. Very helpful, got four of us kitted out quickly and easily. Neat online system, explained all we needed, costs, insurance and so forth. Any issues they are right at the bottom of the main slope and you can nip in and have adjustments or get more gear, as you need. Hand... More

Perfect time skiing with grandchildren at Snowmass. The variety of runs was great for the different levels of skiers. Runs were well groomed considering the need for more snow.

I've been visiting aspen with my family since I was very young, and I really have very few complaints about Aspen Skiing Company. The mountains are extreemly well maintained, and there are so many runs to choose from that you really never run out of options. Both skiing and snowboarding lessons are excellent, and even in group lessons you feel... More

I don't mean this as a comment on the Aspen Skiing co., but rather, Aspen Mountain. It's my favorite. I certainly haven't skied everywhere, but extensively in New England (I know, it's apples and oranges), Summit County, and north Tahoe.

Painful. A vanity trap; all about money. Basically hugely overcharged for the access of white river natl forest. Same hotels as every where else at 1000percent markup. The biggest rip off in the country.

Since we couldn't go to a more affordable world-class ski resort in BC, Canada, we booked a third year of ski holidays and conference in Colorado. Many international airports offer flights to Vail's Eagle airport or to Aspen, but the times are limited, and these regional airports shut down frequently due to weather warnings. Thus, our drive comprised 5 hours... More
