Good brewery.

Brewery product was excellent and the food was quite good. Obviously a college town center of attention at 5 to 7 pm as evident from the good crowd and noise level.

Horribly trained chefs and wait staff, simple items under or overcooked. I ordered a sandwich which came on stale bread with warm lettuce and soggy tomato served by a waitress who could not care in the least about cross contagion or acceptable serving food temperatures. Health department should probably take a look right here. Also an unsafe place for LGBTQ... More

Delicious food in a pub atmosphere, this restaurant is top of my list. It is located in an old bank that has been renovated. The ceiling is high and when the restaurant is busy it's sometimes hard to hear because of the reverberation, but the friendly vibe more than makes up for this. There are seats at the bar, tall... This is the second time we have been here and thought we would give it another try. I can now say I will never eat there again. The first time we went the food was disappointing. Pasta with a too watery sauce. Patty melt overcooked and dry. Husbands sausage was decent. Second time just as bad. Fish and chips totally... More

It's a brewpub so no big surprises - beer and pub food. We stopped in while passing through town for lunch and shared a sandwich and sampled the brews via a sampler tray. I was quite taken with the Valle' Caliente Green Chili Lager and ended up buying 12 bombers to take home with me. Not content with that, on... More

Today March 8, my wife and I went to the brewery to taste the different beers. We ordered the Alamosa Lager and it was very good. I normally don't venture to far from my beer choices but I wanted to try something different. We enjoyed the beer. We had food, I ordered a hamburger and my wife ordered chicken quesadilla.... More

I stopped by SLVBC in early September 2013 and had a beer. I had their chilli pepper beer which had a great strong initial taste, but wore off quickly. The place was hopping and was a nice Colorado brewery type atmosphere. Something I liked about SLVBC was that I could buy beer to go. You can grab bombers, or 6-packs... More

Great food, friendly atmosphere and local brews to satisfy any taste palate. Family friendly. Local favorite for get togethers with family or friends. Also a relaxing environment for business lunches.

Live music and local artists displayed on the walls. We sat out front because it was so packed that night, but still got quick and attentive service. Pub type food was very tasty. Great evening.

The SLV Brewing Company is a great place to be! The food is good, the brews outstanding and the company is great. The only thing that can be hard is the acoustics in the place, not really a good place to have a heart to heart chat or for people that do not like a noisy atmosphere. That being said,... More
