When in Humboldt County, Los Bagels is a MUST! Their slug bagels, with sundried tomato cream cheese, smoked turkey and Laurappin Sauce is to die for! Their slug slime is also incredible! When my husband and I moved to Hawaii and we missed this place SO much. Whenever we had friends visit us from Humboldt we always had one rule...you... More

Great place. The building was beautiful. The service was great and the bagels are yummy! If you like bagels, I highly recommend checking this place out.

Excellent spots for breakfast, lunch, or take-out. This business is a longtime favorite with locals. Good food and interesting, fun, ambiance. I enjoy wall mural outside window of Arcata location and rotating art shows on interior walls of Eureka location. Personal menu favorites include soups, parmesan bagels, and peanut butter cookies.

Not your typical bagel. Best bagels by far I don't care where you're from. Great variety of bagels and toppings.

Lost Bagels is a bagel shop/restaurant with several outlets, not an attraction (though it is attractive). The theme of Los Bagels is a fusion of Jewish and Mexican culture, and that fusion is reflected in their signature bagels, decor, and advertising. in Arcata Los Bagels is an institution, and is a popular place to hang out and meet a friend... I usually go to Los Bagels in Eureka on 2nd St., but I have been to the one in Arcata often enough as well. The Eureka store features more interesting local art, but the food is the same. They both do an interesting combination of Mexican and Jewish food, for example, you can get rugala and empanadas, classic lox and... More

Only the owner of this place would designate it an attraction. It's a little hole in the wall bagel joint that, while having a quaint atmosphere, is nothing to plan a trip around. With our lush forests and extensive beaches, a place that hawks bagels is hardly worth the stop. To be fair, though, it is a good bagel, but... More

Hmmmm, I can smell the bagels now, & the thought of a Seafood Delilah on a fresh, warm garlic has set my juices flowing. When I return to Arcata, I can hardly wait for morning to go sip coffee, and have a nosh...or two, and watch Arcata go by. My other faves: garlic with pesto shmear & tomato, and sesame... More
