Look, the knock on Disney's California Adventure park has always been too much California and not enough Disney. That is changing. Lots of construction going on when I visited the park last month with a family of 4. While we had been to Disney in Florida multiple times, this was our first trip to the Original Disneyland Resort in CA... more

California Adventure is a fun experience for a day, if you know what to expect. Personally, I enjoyed many of the attractions they have taken out in the past few months to make it more “Disney-like.” The “Golden Dreams” movie was amazing, and always made the audience cry. It’s a shame no one appreciated it, or ventured into the theatre.... more

Visited Disneyworld California for 2 days' with my son and feel the experience was simply overpriced. Apart for the Disney brand magic, you can find similar experience in local parks in your city at a cheaper rate (cost of park tickets plus travel to CA). I think Disney Florida is a much better experience. DCA is small and shows sign... more

We only spent a little less then one day and got to see most everything, it was in May in the middle of the week so it made for some really short lines in the morning. After about 2 in the afternoon it did get more busy. We had to stand in line for quite a while for the California... more

Spent a day here with a group of 18 May 20 and loved it. Get on the roller coaster which is the best in both parks (my wife says Space Mountain is) and thrill to that initial takeoff! Don;t be afraid of getting on the Tower of Terror - it is not as bad as people say! It really is... more

Early May 2009. Family of four from Australia, children aged 5 and 6. We used 3 day Park Hopper tickets and they were great. The Brother Bear playground is fantastic fun for the kids, the roller coaster etc an excellent stress reliever for Mum and Soarin' over California was breathtaking. We had to divide up the rides between as all... more

It was our families first trip to Disneyland and California Adventure Park from Australia. (2 Adults and 2 Children) California Adventure park was great. Even though there was alot of construction going on there was still lots to do and see. The parades were fun to watch, the rides are excellent, Aladdin show was the best. My daughters both really... more

We visited California Adventure during a recent trip with my 3 daughter (aged 7, 8 and 11) while we did spend a lot more of our time in Disneyland, we definitely enjoyed this park. We found it best to park hop- start our day in Disneyland then get a hand stamp as we exited and crossed over to California Adventures... more

California Adventure has it's plusses, but mostly minuses. There's nothin magical about it first of all. The park needs a lot of work and more to do and see than what they offer. The price is ridiculously high to get in, the same price as Disneyland when it shouldn't be. In fact, both parks should've just been linked, keeping California... more

It was my first time here and it wasn't bad at all! I expected it to be a "waste of time" or "boring" from the posts, but aside from the construction in the pier area, it was very enjoyable! My hubby and I got 2 4 1 passes and weren't sure if we were even going to go to CA... more
