My family and I were on vacation in Orange County and took in the Disney Parks for three days. While I was the only one in the family who had been to Disneyland, it was the first trip to Disney's California Adventure for all of us. We really liked this park. I have read and heard comments from those who... more

My husband and I had 2 days to tour Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure. We went to Disney on the first day and Disney's California Adventure the second - we liked Disneyland but loved California Adventure. It was less crowded, had more shade, good music and had an overall different feel. We were sorry to leave. more

We spent 5 nights staying in Anaheim and bought a 5 day park hopper ticket. We visited California Adventure on several occasions for a couple of hours at a time. We really enjoyed our time here; the park layout and attention to detail was excellent. The rides were really good; fun for all ages. The food was expensive but tasted... more

My family had a great time at California Adventure. We had a two-day park hopper ticket and made this our first stop because we got in late the night before and this park opened a little later than Disneyland. When we first began planning our trip, I hadn't intended on including this park, but I am very glad we went.... more

I think it's time to bring the bulldozers over to Paradise Pier in California Adventure, and yank out almost everything. We were so incredibly disappointed at wasting one of our 3 day park hoppers on a place that would have made Walt Disney cry. It was obvious that the magic ended once you left the confines of the Magic Kingdom.... more

Me and my sister travelled all the way from New Zealand so had to experience both Disneyland and Disney California. We had a 2 day park hopper pass and to make sure we could see squeeze everything in, we got RIDEMAX, just google it (more about it in my Disneyland review). DCA is a lot smaller, we managed to get... more

Look, the knock on Disney's California Adventure park has always been too much California and not enough Disney. That is changing. Lots of construction going on when I visited the park last month with a family of 4. While we had been to Disney in Florida multiple times, this was our first trip to the Original Disneyland Resort in CA... more

California Adventure is a fun experience for a day, if you know what to expect. Personally, I enjoyed many of the attractions they have taken out in the past few months to make it more “Disney-like.” The “Golden Dreams” movie was amazing, and always made the audience cry. It’s a shame no one appreciated it, or ventured into the theatre.... more

Visited Disneyworld California for 2 days' with my son and feel the experience was simply overpriced. Apart for the Disney brand magic, you can find similar experience in local parks in your city at a cheaper rate (cost of park tickets plus travel to CA). I think Disney Florida is a much better experience. DCA is small and shows sign... more
