We did Adventure land on our 3rd day and it was a nice change from the large crowds inside Disney land. The rides are thrilling and will keep the teenagers happy. Paradise Pier is lined with good old fashion carnival game stalls. The Ferris wheel is great and if you up for a little adventure, get in a swinging carriage.... More

This park was definitely less crowded than Disneyland. The radiator springs racers and toy story midway mania rides seemed to have the longest wait times. We used fast passes for the radiator springs racers ride and only had a 5-7 minute wait time. We also got fast passes for the World of Color show. We had the blue section and... More

Had a 2 day hopper pass. On Thursday the 18th are plan was to go to California Screaming 1st since our 2 kids are now old enough to ride. The ride was closed until sometime after 1pm and they offered no fast passes. It slightly messed up our plans as we really wanted to rise this. Or second day we... More

Loved the new ride called Radiator Springs....but hate the long line for the ride. Make sure you get a fast pass for the ride if you want to ride it twice in one day.

Our first trip to California Adventure was really fun. My 4-year-old twins' favorite ride was The Little Mermaid and I have to say it was very well done. Certainly a different experience than the original Disneyland rides. Of all the non-roller coaster rides, I think this was the best. I was pleased to see that the "No outside food allowed"... More

We got a Park hopper pass at Disneyland that allowed access to both parks on grounds, Disney land and California Adventure. We actually preferred the California Adventure park when comparing the two. Admission is costly, for a Park Hopper Pass it was $150 per person (*4=$600). We ate breakfast at the Sourdough Café and it was wonderful. Scrambled eggs served... More

California Adventure was a lot of fun I especially enjoyed Cars land, walking through it's a bugs life, walking on Hollywood Boulevard, riding the Tower of terror and soaring over California.

As an early Christmas gift to my daughter & her family- we went to Disney Land over the Thanksgiving break. My 3 grandchildren were in awe each day and just about wore us 3 adults out... As a first time visitor with a badge- everyone from the attendents cleaning the restrooms/ the attendents sweeping up trash & emptying trash to the... More

We always get the Park Hopper pass so we can go to both parks. Overall, we like Disneyland a little better. California Adventure seems less Disneyish to me, but it has my favorite ride, "Soarin'". The new Cars Land is scenic and interesting, but we did not wait the hours needed to catch a five minute ride. Decent food and... More

DCA is a great theme park, fun rides, and they sell booze! California Screaming coaster is awesome, looks like a woodie but it's actually steel. Mickey's Fun Wheel (ferris wheel) with the sliding/swinging cages is a very unique experience to the typical ferris wheel (you don't realize how much they actually swing back and forth until you are in the...
