Great day out at the Disney California Adventure Park, The cars ride was definitely the highlight although you need to get your fast pass as soon as you arrive as the queues were well over an hour. Splash Mountain was also very good with California screaming one of the best roller coasters we have been on. Tower of Terror a... More

Celebrating various aspects of California, this theme park next door to Disneyland is well worth exploring. The rides and shows rival Disney's best and can be seen in two days (and nights) although much can be covered in one if you are limited by time or money. We especially enjoyed the Aladdin show in the Hollywood section and the evening... More

This is some great park! Having been here a few years back I could not get over the upgrade. Yes, Cars Land is the obvious improvement. But what an improvement! This new section adds measurably to the already very enjoyable and thrilling Soarin, Toy Story and the magnificent World Of Color. As others have mentioned, the visuals at Cars Land... More

Anothe rof the "gotta dos" when in Anaheim. It is a different experience, in some ways, than Disneyland, but it certainly has the Disney quality all over it. Just look at the Radiator Springs part of the park. It is visually stunning. The rides are very different than the other side, and might have a different appeal to different visitors.... More

I first visited this park not long after it opened and it was merely OK.....but now with all of the additions and upgrades it's one of my favourite theme parks. The new "Cars Land" featured spectacular theming, it was truly impressive. The new rides here are fun, particularly the Radiator Springs Racers....get to the park early in the day to... More

This was a short visit for us (adult family) and the overwhelming experience that Disney people have delivered is spectacular. Upside down in the loop on the roller coaster was a new experience. Food at the restaurant Ariels Grotto was pricy but excellent and topped off with the special viewing area for the light / laser / water / fire... More

Have been to Walt Disney World but not Disneyland. Very excited to see Disney California Adventure and it did not disappoint. 1. Carsland - My son age 14 favorite ride (along with everyone else's, judging by the lines) was Radiator Springs Racers. Due to staying in the Grand Californian and early entry, we were able to ride multiple times between... More

The best time to go is late August or early September as the heat is less and the crowds are smaller meaning you dont stand in the lines as long. I love Toy Story where you shoot at all the numbers to see who gets the highest points, also California Soaring is fabulous, the Cars ride is spectacular and not... More

The day after going to Disneyland, we (me, my wife, my brother, his wife, and the collection of kids- boys 3, 4, and 5 and baby girl) went to California Adventure. It did not start out well, with the signs directing us to the parking lots being messed up and it taking us about 45 minutes to get parked. I... More
