We used Southern California Gray Line to get to Universal Studios and were so impressed with them we booked their LA city tour taking in Olevera Street, Hollywood Boulevard, Sunset, Santa Monica etc.. Great tour to get a taste of the city without getting dragged around to look at star's gates. Would not waste my time seeing Hollywood Boulevard again... More

I wanted to award 1 instead of 2 and it was only because the guide Alex was great that I didn't. We booked online with grayline a few weeks prior and printed a voucher from their website for the universal/Hollywood combo (we've done a world trip of 5 weeks and lots of driving so wanted to keep things easy with... We waited at the OCTA designated bus stop for an hour this morning and Gray Line failed to pick us up for the tour. When the driver was questioned why he failed to pick us up, he lied and said he stopped at our bus stop at 8:16am and nobody was there. We could have waited at another more acessible... More

This trip was worth the 68.00 and 9 hours. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel - awesome. Our bus driver, RT was great and drove us through the sites of LA, then to Hollywood where we were dropped off and toured, then to the Farmers Market which is an interesting place with lots to see and... I don't normally write reviews, but after searching for the best and most practical deal, I must comment on the Gray Line operation. They were great! The value was good, drivers on time, and Salvador (day tour guide) was incredible. You must understand that they pick you up at your hotel, and shuttle you to their 'tour centre'. There you... More

If you’ve been to Disney World and stayed at a resort, then you’ve probably experienced their Magical Express transportation option at the Orlando Airport. You basically get off your flight, get in your first of many Disney queues, get on a bus and your bags magically show up in your hotel room later in the day. Disneyland seems to be... More

We used them as our shuttle to and from the airport and we also used them to do a day trip to Legoland. The drivers were excellent and very friendly. Loved how they used humour to get thru the day.

We booked tickets to go to Medieval Times which was a 15 minute drive from our hotel. Unfortunately, due to the lack of consideration by this company, it takes an HOUR to get there because you go to their terminal to exchange your vouchers and pay the "fuel surcharge" of $3 each, including children. Taking into consideration that it takes... More

Great tour, great bus driver, inside information. Would have liked a little more time on Stars Walk in Hollywood.......heaps of time to explore Santa Monica Pier and Shopping Mall. Definitely recommend tour.

Grayline tours We went on two tours on consecutive days and had RD as our driver both times. He was a lot of fun and credit to the company. He had a good personality and kept the guests entertained with his candid and truthful humour and commentary.
