We had an amazing driver named Charles for our tours to Hollywood and Universal. Talk about funny and great pride in his work. The drivers for the Magic Express were terrible. Rude, mubbling, zero enthusiasm. No communication. So I guess it depends....

Well organised and many different tours offered. We took the tour from Anaheim to Universal Studios. Our driver was really informative on the drive from Anaheim to Universal. The coach was clean and very comfortable. The driver extended our time at Universal due to the time delay in arriving because of the traffic. We had a great time and have... More

We rode the Disneyland Express to and from the Disneyland hotel. Its $20 per person one way or $35 roundtrip and kids ride free! The bus is spacious and comfortable and it stops on several hotels along the way to the Disneyland hotel. Ride is comfortable and the company contacts you 2 days before you depart to set up a... We took the gray line to the Pirate Dinner adventure, and you know, it got us there. But it wouldn't have hurt the driver to crack a smile to welcome overseas visitors.

We went on a few tours with them and each were fantastic. Very friendly bus driver and funny at times. Make sure you check their website first before booking elsewhere, to see what deals they have. Got to save between $20 to $40 per person on a each of the tours we went on. And most importantly, they have a... More

Grayline saved our bacon when we realised only fools and locals drive in LA traffic..We booked transportation to Seaworld and Universal Studios on 2 separate days for $50 each and were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. We then booked the Hollywood and beaches tour on another day and finally took their shuttle to LAX. They picked us... More

To be fair I have used this company in the past and had very few problems. We use them for transportation to and from the airport, and to any destinations during Disney that are further away (Knotts, Medieval Times, Universal etc). This particular visit we used them for the airport transfer, the Medieval Dinner and to Universal Studios. The transport... More
