Booked the Universal Studios Deluxe Combo Tour with Grey Line Tours and it was a great way to do a lot in one day! (We booked through arestravel.com) We followed all of Juan's tips for Universal Studios and got to see and do everything we wanted to do. (Food at Universal is not very good!) Juan was a fantastic tour... More

After using their services 3 times 10 years ago and twice on this trip, I can recommend with good faith that the busses are clean, drivers are consistantly friendly and knowledgeable... and many discounts are available through a pop in to Discount Tours (locations at Ramada Maingate and Anaheim Gardenwalk). Unlike LUX bus, they do guarantee busses with big windows... More

I've used this bus company on several past visits an this last week used then twice. However when it came time to pick me up to take me back to the airport with a prepaid reservation this company failed and lost any of my future business. On Sunday I was a single mom with 2 little ones standing on harbor... More

Our shuttle driver was also our tour guide. He was a hoot. We really enjoyed his sense of humor and information of the area. BEST PART WAS WE DIDN'T HAVE TO DRIVE IN THAT TRAFFIC. We learned a lot and saw a lot.

Upon arrival at LAX we were waiting under the "green sign" at our terminal on time (12:15 for a 12;30 pickup), only to have to wait 45 minutes (1:15)for the Disneyland resort express shuttle to arrive. It would have been helpful to have more accurate terminal times, as we would have caught the previous hours shuttle if we knew the... More

So after lots of researching I was really undecided on whether to book a shuttle which was cheaper or to book the grayline bus to Anaheim. What made me choose the bus was because we had a rough time being squashed in a shuttle in NYC and didn't want the same issue in LA. We got into LAX 3 hours... More

We booked this tour as an add on through Disneyland when we stayed there. The night before we went I thought I would quickly see what Tripadvisor had to say about it (as we had virtually put a month long holiday together using this). I found a lot of the other reviews on here and was horrified thinking we where... More

I like the Disneyland Express at John Wayne Airport. I don't have to worry about traffic and it always is prompt and efficient. This is very helpful when you are unfamiliar with the Freeways and all the other connecting highways in Southern California. The drivers are very good, especially one who has worked there for many years! He is fantastic... More

Should be called the SCAM bus. It's hard to believe Disney would be affiliated and use this company for transportation. $27 per person, one way?! We should have just rented a car....we could have rented a limo for the price we payed. The greedy ticket (money) takers over booked our bus. Most of the children under the age of 10... More
