Fewer than 25% of the stores are occupied and I didn't see any signs that businesses are moving in. Avoid this place unless you're only there for the restaurants.

Johnny Rockets was fantastic, but there just isn't much there. Cinemas, Body Shop, a couple of restaurants, but nothing spectacular. I recommend to just skip it and go to the Outlets at Orange instead.

This mall is not what it used to be a few years ago 80% of the shops and restaurants are boarded up and deserted and nobody in the mall anymore!

the restaurant selection is ok, but the stores are sad. We were there on a Friday night at about 7 and there were fewer than 10 stores open. Many of the store fronts were boarded up. Place was virtually ghost town. the restaurants are the only reason to visit this place unless you want to try the bowling alley.

I understand that I can be tough to be so close to Disney. But this place is almost completely deserted. There a few big chain restaurants like Bubba Gumps and California Pizza Kitchen, but the complete emptiness creates a really weird feeling. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and were a handful of maybe 10 people walking around. I... More

Don't waste your time unless you want sunglasses or t-shirts. This place is depressing with about 50% of the stores closed.

We visited Garden walk on the way walking to Disney. There are really nice cinemas, good food choices and many other interesting shops. There's a amazing Harley shop, shoes, dress shops and we ate at Johnny Rockets. The centre looked almost deserted when we visited so was lovely to walk around. We visited again on the way back in the evening... More

Went to a movie there nice theatre rather than waiting to get into a new release at IMAX downtown disney. Couple of nice restaurants, nice shops, happy to see my favourite ladies store "Fresh Produce" there.

Didn't look like much of a mall but you get a good choice of restaurants for a non-Disney dinner. We had our first Califonia Pizza Kitchen dinner there and also ate at the Cheesecake Factory. Both meals were very good. Service was excellent.

We went to the Harley store while at the Garden Walk and the girl was very nice. Unfortunately the whole top floor of the Garden Walk was deserted. There seemed to be a restaraunt but it was closed at that time of the day. With so much hype about the place I thought it would have had more to do... More
