I have attended several NASCAR races at PIR I highly recommend that you camp at the track that way you don't have to fight the traffic. Great flat track racing. Good range of prices from the cheap hill side (bring you own seats) to the grand stands every year PIR gets better And better

I highly recommend the Rusty Wallace Racing at PIR in Avondale, AZ. I just did this on Sat. Nov 22 nd. All of people are fantastic and helpful. I will be back and I am going to do more laps. What a great group of people. Thank You so much. Barbara K. Tucson AZ

I enjoyed the race but they really need to work on how to get people out of the lot. We sat in the queue for 2 hours before they turned up around and then we sat in line for another hour going the opposite direction. If I could only go to one of the 2 races that are within reach... More

First experienced driving a NASCAR last spring and had to come back. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Make you feel part of the team. The instruction focuses on safety and is very detailed. Pay close attention. Some of the fire suits look like they have been around for a while but are effective. If you are a first... More

The Phoenix Speedway is 50 years old and you can certainly tell it. My biggest gripe, he lack of enough restrooms. When you have over 50 thousand people, you really need to have the facilities to handle everyone. Overall experience being ok, would go again. As we had a package deal race hotel and bus to and from race. Careful... More

This is a great little racetrack. Love that the track is actually so close to the stands. First time visit here so we are comparing this to LVMS which is a little more modern than this track but we totally loved our visit! Fans were well behaved and totally focused on the race so I felt as though I were... More

Cant go wrong with NASCAR! I love the park and ride option at the AK-Chin Pavilion. Everything has very easy access.

PIR has got to be on your bucket list, even if you are not a race fan it is fun to watch a city grow up over night. Zoom Town as it is known two weekends out of the year becomes the 4th largest town in AZ with over 100,000 people camping in the RV park and visiting the races.... More

Out family comes every year and we love it. Such a fun atmosphere for family. The only thing I would say is it can get pricey in a quickness.
