BEAUTIFUL CAMPGROUNDS!

Wind Creek State Park is beautifully well kept. Lots of campground areas, places to hike, swim, and explore. The Cream of the Creek has great and affordable food too!

I have been coming here at least once a year since I was a kid (now 39). Obviously we love it. Most campsites fairly level to the water and not too close to one another. Lake Martin is the best lake in Alabama. Even has an ice cream shop, also serves burgers and stuff, on the property. If you love... More

We had a great time at Wind Creek State Park. It was my sister and I with my two teenage daughters. We had a nice flat, shady campsite to park the motor home and had great neighbors. There were lots of families around and we enjoyed sitting outdoors and people watching. The girls had fun riding their bike and checking... More

Great hiking trails! Good beach area to cool off after a good hike! Plenty of campsites and picnic areas! Alcohol is not allowed and they will ticket you for it.

This is a great place to go camping or just for a picnic and a swim. Lake Martin is beautiful and fun to wet your toes into. They have picnic tables also.

A ticket for one adult entry is $4.00 ans is well worth the nominal fee. The scenery is beautiful. Huge pine trees, soft sandy beach, clear water, covered picnic areas all add to your experience. You can bring your own food or chose to walk to the quick serve food area and buy things like cheese curds, hot dogs, ice... More

We are staying in the delux sites. They have twice the space. Full hookups ( water, sewage, cable) nice concrete slab. The view is spectacular. We are at the very end so less traffic and noise. This is one our new favorite places!

My daughter loves it there. We take the camper at lease once a year. Very clean nice campsites and plenty to do. It doesn't take her long to make friends bc there are always plenty of kids to play with.

Can not believe how many geese are roaming the campground! Geese poop everywhere can not walk through the grass which is not being kept up with grass being cut. Also, what happened to the wifi? Beautiful lake but the park needs some attention! Enjoyed our stay otherwise! And it will not keep us from going back.
