Turquoise water with white caps breaks against the bluffs. Giant trees with labyrinths of roots pave the path. I could go on but you will just have to see it for yourself. It's an amazing place.

My mother grew up just down the road. In the fall you can pick berries. The views are wonderful with the fall foliage. There are picnic tables if you want to bring food.

We stopped at Cave Point this past weekend after hearing about the ice formations from family members. Wow what a great decision! The ice formations were amazing. We spent so much time walking around and taking it all in. I had been wanting to see the Apostle Island ice caves so I was happy to see this so close! I'm... More

Wanted to see the ice caves in the Apostles Islands but read that this would give us a mini view close to home and it was amazing! The real way to appreciate Wisconsin winters not to be missed! Saw first on a sunny day with clear blue skies and blue water and the ice sparkled! We were so glad we... More

With proper gear and experience you can get the best view of the ice formations from the water in the winter. Summer is nice but winter is phenomenal.

This was the most beautiful areas in Door County, WI. The hiking is fabulous! Make sure you wear good shoes as the rocks can be a bit tricky especially if you want to climb down towards the water for better pictures.

I have been here countless times as i live only a few miles away. The Park is nice, the best time to go is a summer day when the winds are from the east and strong as waves get big and crash into the cliffs and make huge splashes. If you go on a summer day when the wind is... More

Calling all adventurers. Tread carefully. Young & old will enjoy the thrill of climbing down the rocks to get close to the waves crashing against them. Not good for little ones unless you never let go of them near the edges. This is an amazing place. See the many, many rock stacks that visitors set up. You can see the... More
