The forest are like something out of a novel. There is an old cemetery along the way that will offer lots to talk and speculate about. Make sure you plan ahead and know where the trailhead is. It is a big forest and easy to get lost.

This is the most beautiful place. Whenever I go here, I forget there's another world beyond the forest. I love it!

There's not much I can write here, but the park is beautiful even in the winter, we went for a hike and spent an hour on the Ice Age trail, which has some steep hills and flat plains to walk across as well as wooded areas. If you like to hike this is a great option. Part of the Ice Age trail goes thru the park and there are trails for every level.

Took the kettle morraine scenic drive when all the leaves had changed colors. Beautiful and totally worth the day drive. Recommended in the fall!
