We took the evening tour on a beautiful Thursday. The Capital office where you meet is across the street from the Metro so is easy to get to before and after. There is a short safety film, practice sessions inside the store and out in the park before you depart for the tour.(And signing a lot of disclaimers and legal... More

First time in a Segway as well as the first time for many others in our group. We managed to book on the day of and had a great time. Not outrageously expensive and a really unique experience. I'd recommend doing this to anyone!

Much easier than expected. Great tour guide-you wear an ear piece to hear his talking. Covered miles that would have taken at least a day to walk. Hits the highlights, just not enough stop time to really take pictures. Still loved it and worth the time and money.

A great way to see the sights of Washington D.C.! The Segway was easy to operate, and the tour guides were awesome. Very informative and funny! We had our picture taken several times by very curious Asian tourist!

We have segway-ed many times, never really went through the city. this is absolutely the best way to get around DC, cover the most miles and avoid traffic jams. We got to all the monuments & highlights and loved it!!!!

we went and our first visit was rained off- the staff were so helpful offering us rescheduling, a voucher or money back. we rescheduled and didn't regret it. having already done a bus tour we weren't sure if this would hold our interest but the guide was so knowledgeable and you got so much closer to things. the time flew... I had out of town guests come into the city- and thought it would be fun to do this.... and yes a segway is fun... but with another company. The owner, and tourguide were rude. I am actually mortified about bringing guests here based on the level of disrespect they had for the city and the people here. They made... More

There are a number of companies in DC that offer segway tours... I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere as the employees at this establishment are rude. I have had issues with them on more than one occasion and can not believe the level of disrespect they have for customers. When we were there they even made "jokes" about running over... More

Hello, I am sorry to hear your experience was not as pleasurable as that enjoyed by hundreds of guests every day. In order to provide a safe and fun tour, we require all participants to arrive 30 minutes prior to the tour time to receive proper training and depart promptly at the scheduled time. We had already delayed the beginning... More

there is so much to see in the nations capital that it can be overwhelming. And walking for site to site can be draining . The Segway tour proved to be an exceptional option. It was fun, easy and enjoyable. The guided tour added some noteworthy interest. They offered 2 and 3 hour tours. We were able to see George... More
