We waited 45 minutes for to "hop on" and when the bus got there it too crowded and they wouldn't let anyone board. The Monuments at Night Tour is a poor value because of the quality of the buses, tour guides, and overall poor service. The bus was not air-conditioned as advertised, the sound system shreeked and shrilled at each use, the bus driver was surly and rude, the tour guide was apathetic, at best. Agree with others.. We had to wait a long time for buses, tip, don't hop off, it will be a long time before you hop back on. We waited a long time (about a half hour) at union station while other busses came and left. Poor organization, poor exectuion. more
