Great place to catch an event - not a bad seat in the house. Concessions are rediculously expensive, more like FEDEX than Nationals Park, but there are plenty of food and beverage options. Parking isn't too difficult, but oging by Metro is also easy and inexpensive if your group is small (Metro ain't cheep).

The only reason to visit the Verizon Center would be, of course, if you were attending either a sports event or a concert. We attended Bette Midler's "Divine Intervention" concert there. We sat in Section 102. It is somewhat mid-hall. Midway through the concert my neck and back started to bother me, since her stage was at one end of... More

We were here for a Wizards game. There are many places here to eat and many places to get Wizard's gear as well. The arena seemed well maintained and clean. Our seats were also pretty good and weren't that expensive!

I attended a party in a suite for 20 people. Upon arrival the fridge and bar were stocked. Everything was replenished through out the comedy show.

We got a group together and went to a Pens v. Caps game at the end of a conference. We had the Rinkside package and for $110 USD, we got ticket, buffet, t-shirt and all the beer and wine you can drink before the start of the 3rd period. Everyone had a tremendous time and food and drinks were great.... More

The Verizon Center is one of my favorites because of its convenient location, ease to get in, and friendly staff. We stayed at the Fairfield Inn a short distance away and walked. They had blocked the area to traffic and it was safe to cross and enter the venue. Entry was efficient and their staff was on point in giving... More

Ticket prices are getting very high and expected to go up for the 2015-16 season. I didn't like that a lot of people weren't fans, they were simply there to be there so it seems that a lot of Caps fans were squeezed out by the opposing team fans and corporate types. Very disappointed by the lack of hockey etiquette... More

As season ticket holders for the Capitals, we usually enjoy our experiences there. There are no bad seats! Easy access to the top level, and every other level as well. As usual, expect food to be over-priced; at least it's not as bad as some other places we've been. Lots of places to buy souvenirs. Fully accessible to those with... More

Arrived early for a Wizards play off game. Staff made it easy to find our section and everyone was really friendly from getting our bags and tickets checked, to food and beer and our seats, the staff always smiled and was beyond polite. It is right outside of the Gallery/Chinatown metro so it was really convenient. Great experience@

The DC fans are great, passionate, accepting of other fans, all of them wear red jerseys, the Verizon center itself was really fun too, the location of this arena is in China town which is pretty close to everything in DC packed house and lots of fun
