I went to a Capitals ice hockey game at the Verizon center and sat in the upper section. In addition to the vertiginous steepness of the upper section, I found that the people that sat in the row in front of me essentially made my seat obstructed view. I never had a full view of the rink while they were... More

I bought tickets to the game from my home in Sweden around one week before the game. What I hadn't realised was that the print-yourself ticket scheme had a print delay and that you could not print tickets sooner than 72 h before the game. As I left my home 67 h before the game, it was a close call.... More

Decent Arena Space ... not particularly well-done nor is it bad! I went to go see a Lakers-Wizards game back in 2008 (one of the first games after the Lakers traded for Pau Gasol!!) and the arena experience was alright but not fantastic.

I took my son and a friend to the game on 11/15. Our seats were in section 227 row D. I would highly recommend these seats. The seats were wider, padded, and had cup holders. Be careful of seats in the lower sections. Unless you are paying big money a lot of the seats are merely folding chairs. We had... More

If you're going to watch the home team, or even if you are rooting for the opposition Verizon Center is a great arena. Tons of food options. Excellent seats almost anywhere in the house. Right off metro therefore you can leave the car home. If you haven't used Uber you can still leave the car home. Use code "UberMrWes" for... More

We saw Stevie Wonder there. If ever we were invaded by another s[ecies from another solar system, Stevie Wonder has to be among our Ambassadors for Humanity to make our case. He is a national treasure. The Verizon Center was fine. Nothing special, though the WiFi, despite a sellout crowd, did not disappoint.

The ur experience was amazing show! Usher took a 3 min break but performed all the way through. I stood the whole time! Knew every song. Verizon center does a excellent job. Nice arena. But the parking garage sucks. U park any ole kind of way. Have to leave ur windows down and keys in the car. Any one could... More

This is the first and last time I will ever purchase tickets to any attraction at the Verizon Center. It is a 2+ hour drive from where we live, which is a not a big deal, but to pay $300 for nosebleed seats...that's outrageous. What's even more outrageous is the fact that no one has fallen, gotten hurt, and sued.... More
