Tom was an excellent tour guide. He really knew his history and from an English person's point of view it was just enough info. The tour took in all the highlights and memorials of Washington DC, it wasn't too strenuous and was done at a good pace, especially in the heat! Efficient and polite service. Good value for money. 3... More

A great way to see DC. A little more expensive than using the city share bikes but a lot less hassle and we got helmets. Staff were really helpful and gave us a few helpful pointers. Good fun all round.

I took three children on the tour of the monuments, and even in 98degree weather my teens raved about how the tour was the best part of our trip. They absolutely loved the guide (Justin) who was very personable and knowledgeable. He had them laughing and learning all at the same time. Every employee we encountered, from booking to finish... Great tour, my fiance and I were more than pleased; it gives you a perspective of DC in a few hours. I recommended to do it your first day in DC so you can have a better picture of the city and make plans afterwards. Our guide was this guy named Collins, he knew all related to monuments, buildings with... More

We had only a few hours in Washington, our final decision was the night bike tour to get an overview of Washington and to see the main monuments. It starts all well organised with a very friendly staff. They divide groups (families with small children with other age groups - so far it is possible) maximum participants are 16 -... More

We had a great time riding to the memorials of DC with Capital City. We arrived pretty early expecting that we'd be fitted on bikes, but ended up waiting around in the lounge for about 25 minutes, which was fine by me as it was 90+ degrees out. So really, no need to arrive super early - the 15 minute... More

This bike tour is an excellent way of seeing the sights of DC, even the ones you didn't know existed. Great way about learning some history of the city, too. Bike guide was very knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. And the staff at the centre were excellent too. Free bottle of water to take on the trip with you, and a... More

A cousin was visiting so we decided to book the bike tour. We had Brian as our tour guide and he was fantastic. We learned so many interesting facts and got to see DC in a new way. Our cousin loved it as well! I would highly recommend this tour!

My husband and I along with our two boys aged 16 and 12 flew back to England today having just spent 2 weeks in America (one week in New York and one week in Washington DC) I asked my guys what the highlight of their holiday was and MONUMENTS AND MEMORIALS SUNSET BIKE TOUR was mentioned as one of the... My family had such a great time on this tour I immediately thought that this would be a great corporate event. We had 20+ people attend this event and due to our size had two tour guides. The guides were great but again due to our size I wish they had projected a little more when giving the history. We... More
