Chester was a super tour guide. He trained us quickly on how to use the segs and then took us on a very fun and informative tour. He was very respectful of everyone around us and he was mindful of our needs. We would take a tour with Segs in the City again and would request Chester on a future... More

My experiences with this company are mixed. Reservation was smooth and so was checking in. The woman at the front desk was nice. There was a 15-30min practice session on the segway with the usual "We are not responsible for accidents blah blah.." We started the tour with introductions and it was the most unpleasant experiences in my life. I'm... More

Fun and informative way to see everything quickly if you are only visiting for a short time. Highly recommend Chester if you can pick your guide. Very knowledgable, very good humour, very patient and kept the tour at a good pace which was nice in the cold weather over this Thanksgiving Break! 5* #myboychester

This was my second segway tour of the city. This company has the management of these tours down. Training was well managed and efficient. Even though our tour included a sick patron in emergency need of a restroom and some downed trees, the guide kept it all together and interesting. We took the dusk tour. Very informative and beautiful. Guide... More

I had a great time on my segs in the city tour! Being new to the city, it was great to see the monuments from the point of view of a segway. The greatest part of the tour was our tour guide, Matt R.! Matt was so knowledgable, funny, and made everyone feel super comfortable on the Segways. If you... More

I loved my tour with Segs and the City & Matt as my guide. As someone who recently moved to DC, but hadn't done the "tourist-y" stuff since childhood, I had a great time re-learning about the monuments and sites. Not to mention learning how to ride a segway was pretty fun, and it was a surprisingly warm fall day!... More

Riding a segway was such a cool way to see the monuments. I live in DC and I never had an experience quite like this. The tour guide Matt was so knowledgeable about all of the different sites and I learned so much, like why the Washington Monument is two different colors. Matt taught us how to ride our segways... My wife and I recently visited Washington DC for a few days. After spending a couple days walking we decided to check out Segs in the City as we did a segway trip in the Bahamas and we really enjoyed it. The outfitter charged $45 for a 1.5 hour tour. There was an extra $5 charge for insurance so the... More

What a great way to tour the monuments! We went on the 2.5 hour tour. Our tour guide, John, was fun and knowledgeable. Y We got to stop at the some of the monuments for pictures and sightseeing. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to see the sights without a lot of walking.
