Ok - I was a nervous novice - and it only took Josh less than 5 mins to get me going. After 10 mins ride time, I could ride along smoothly and even track my daredevil wife. Then we got to enjoy all the sites on the 3 hour tour. What a bargain - entertainment cost per hour. Highly recommend... More

I LOVE doing Segway tours... and will try and do them in any city they re available in as they are an excellent way to get your bearings in a new city. With DC specifically, you will cover a lot of ground in your three hours and the tour will give you a great insight into DC, an opportunity to... More

My husband and I (in our 50's) were given a gift certificate for the Segway tour in D.C. and we had such a fun time! Learned how to "Segway" in about 2 minutes and so easy to zip around the crowds, cross streets, ride in the bike lanes, etc. and see all of the sights. Heard info about the different... More

We were in D.C. for a wedding and wanted to hit all the sights quickly and learn about what we were seeing. I'd recommend taking the train in unless you want to pay $25 for parking. I live in NYC and have to say finding parking in D.C. is comparable. After a safety video and quick intro you hit the... More

My husband and I took a segway tour with Gabby as our guide. Initially I was a little scared that I would run into someone or wouldn't be able to stop, but my fears were unfounded. The segways are incredibly easy to maneuver and we were provided excellent training by the staff at City Segway Tours. Gabby was incredibly knowledgeable... More

A direct quote from my teen son. What a great way to get a feel for the city without killing your feet. We intend to revisit many of the sites we visited as you don't get a lot of time to stop but we knew that going in. Segways are a blast to ride! Our tour guide was very knowledgable,... More

This is a great and fun way to tour some of the DC monuments. Our guide, Jill, did an excellent job of showing us the sights and telling us some of the history. Easy to manuever a Segway once you have some training w/City Segway. Their location is easy to find and close to a Metro station. The staff is... More

We - 3 adults, 1 teen - spent the weekend in Washington and this was the true highlight of our visit! We booked the evening tour which was especially fun as - after a short introduction and exercise phase - it started at 6pm, i.e. still in daylight and then later in the evening we also had fantastic views of... I love riding the Segwey. My wife and I took the National Mall tour and no doubt it bits doing it by foot. We cover a great distance in three hours and the knowledgeable guide Kevin was very informative. It’s a must. If you never rode a Segwey before don’t worry, you’ll be an expert by the end of the...
