Make a splash in our Nation’s Capital aboard the DC Ducks, 1942 amphibious transport vehicles used to support and carry troops during World War II. Today they are a great way to see Washington by both land and sea. Winding our way first through the monuments, the Mall, the Capitol and museums of the Smithsonian before splashing into the Potomac and under the flight path at Reagan National Airport. Its fun for all ages!

We loved the DC Duck Tour! An enjoyable and informative tour for everyone but short enough to hold our kids attention. Going into the water at the end is a highlight and all of my kids enjoyed the chance to drive the boat. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to DC with young kids.

So much fun, entertaining, informative and educational. A great way to see DC and the little ride on the River was great. A must do, it leaves from Union Station, be sure to go inside.

Excellent Guide Knew DC and the building and attractions, good history lesson to boot, was quite entertaining. Enjoyed every minute of it and was worth the price.

Went on the D.C. Ducks tour with CaptaIn Dan as our driver and guide. The tour took about 1 1/2 hours. The tour was informative, and fun. Dan had plenty of information to give us in an entertaining way. A real neat feature of the tour is that it goes out onto the Potomac River and you get to see... More

What a unique and fun experience!! Our family of 5 (kids ages 9,11,12) enjoyed the duck tour and highly recommend for any age. Captain Steve is knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. He shared with our group several historical facts that we had not yet learned while making the entire tour entertaining.

I wasn't sure what to expect on this type of tour - riding a boat with wheels on the road and then driving the boat into the water for touring as well. I have to tell you that this was a lot of fun. The tour guide was so thorough in providing historical information that we probably wouldn't have found... More

My husband and I took our grandson on a Duck tour of DC. We all had a fabulous time and -- even though my husband and I have lived in the area for more than 20 years -- we learned new facts about DC and its attractions. Our grandson loved his chance to steer the Duck on the Potomac river... More

My family (myself, husband and 15 year old son) recently took this tour during our visit to DC and I must say it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Captain Steve was very knowledgeable and it was wonderful learning so much. He did it in a fun entertaining way for adults and kids alike. The Duck itself... More

....and it was the best.idea.ever. The Duck holds 25 people plus the driver, and it was an awesome way for 24 people ranging in age from 41/2 to 71, including teenagers, to have a tour of DC. Several of us live here, and we thought the guide was informative and interesting, and we saw a few things we'd never visited.... More
