Today they are a great way to see Washington by both land and sea. Winding our way first through the monuments, the Mall, the Capitol and museums of the Smithsonian before splashing into the Potomac and under the flight path at Reagan National Airport. Its fun for all ages! « less

We spent 5 days in Washington, visiting historic buildings, cherry blossoms, etc. We decided to take the Duck Tour as we haven't been able to get on one in Boston, as they were always fully booked. The weather was perfect and Capt. Steve did a great job. Bear in mind that this is a rolling tour, no stops at buildings,... More

We did this tour primarily for our kids. They loved it and the quacker toy they got from it was very popular for them. As an adult, it was OK. The tour guide gave some interesting information but you need to understand this tour is relatively quick and does not stop at the sites - just drives by them. Overall,... More

I enjoyed fully this tour. It begins at Union Station, Washington DC and covers many important monuments before entering the Potomac River. Its just wonderful, the way, the vehicle enters the river and it becomes a Boat. The Guide explains in detail about the buildings we pass through. A great way to get to know the city and make a... What a fun way of getting to know Washington and looking and seeing some great views, The Captain was great and succeeded in keeping the passengers interest, the tour is good and it is just the right length.

I did this on my second day in Washington. A great way to get to know the city and make a splash on the Potomac River. Had a really good guide by the name of Captain Franklin, who gave me so much information that I found very useful for the rest of my time in DC. Some of it even... More

We did this on our first morning in D.C. A good way to see the monuments, and the river cruise was fun. Airliners coming in to land low over the duck at Reagan airport. Informative guide, chatty and friendly.

Kudos to Monique and Michael for going above and beyond in helping us make our tour. Their display of customer service went beyond the call of duty. Captain Kent was funny, full of interesting history facts and helpful. We have done several Duck tours across the country and this was one of our favorites. Washington DC is a beautiful city... More
