What an iconic place, you should try to be there for the sunset, what great views from here. Hard to get a good picture with the dozens of buses constantly dropping off tourists, but still worth seeing. Another highlight is the inscription on the steps where Dr. Martin Luther King made his speech. more

We visited the memorial at night - it was incredible. Not only is the memorial itself increcible - but it is such a historic spot, and the view looking back over the reflecting pool toward the Washington Monument was beautiful. Really wonderful and a must see! more
