This hike is uphill until you get to the turnaround point but it's a perfect downhill trail run the way back. I was sore for days but it was completely worth it because... I stood on a cliff that looked like Pride Rock and fed birds out of my hand like Belle. Not to mention the beautiful view you have... More

Views of the Snoqualmie Valley, Seattle, The Olympic Mountains, Mt Rainier, and more. Bring a camera and expect other hikers as this is one of the most popular hikes in the Western US

As others have warned - this is not an easy hike. It is 8 miles round trip, 4 miles to get to the top being very uphill. Miles 1 and 2 are climbing lots of rocky stairs, mile 3 is a breeze and mile 4 kicked my butt because I was getting tired of working out on nature's stairmaster :)... More

We went a group, with youngest being 8 and oldest being a senior. 4 mile hike up is a breeze for 10 years in our group as with the seniors, only person but for my other half whomnever having to walk for than 1/2 a mile for her routine it was big struggle. She gave up half way. Yes there... More

My wife and I love to hike and thought we'd take on Mount Si. To be honest we were disappointed. It is a long hike on well maintained trails through forest, but with no views until you reach the top. It took us a little over two hours to reach the summit 4,167 feet (1,270 metres). The trail is four... More

It took us about four hours total to hike Mt. Si. There are beautiful trees and the view from the top is very pretty. The incline is moderate, but the trail is very well maintained so it wasn't a problem. It can get crowded on sunny days, but we went on a cool, rainy day, so it was perfect.

This is the most popular hike in Washington State rain or shine, so get there early to get a parking spot and make sure you have a Discovery Pass. It's a 4 mile incline the whole way, but the trail is easy to walk on and it's wide enough to pass people. It only takes about 2 1/2 hours to... More

The incline is almost as severe as you can stand, but you will sweat like mad up climbing this trail. A great workout and shot of nature if you only have one afternoon. Easy to find once in Issaquah. A little crowded for my taste, but it serves a purpose: exercise.
