Stayed in Roanoke, VA back in September. Took a nice drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway which is consistently voted one of the most scenic drives in the country. We have just vacationed in the Shenandough National Park. There were so many hikes we very spoiled for choice. There are hike for every ability. If you do not like hiking then the Skyline Drive is a 100 mile drive with the most fantastic views. More
