Just returned from a 3-night camping trip along the North Coast and Central Coast. This really is a must-do for anyone living on or visiting the West Coast. All of the Oregon State Campsites we've been to are great: hot showers and flushable toilets throughout. was visiting in Cottage Grove, Oregon and got a chance to drive up and down the coast for a day. wow! spectactular views from the rocky cliffs of the Pacific Ocean crashing to the shore. about every 3-5 miles i think, they had these scenic parking areas and we needed every one of them! we got to one spot called... more
