“Best Backcountry Skiing/Snowboarding in the Midwest”

If you are in need of a challenge head up to Mount Bohemia. This is some of the hardest terrain to snowboard or ski I have ever encountered. Its also some of the most fun. “Great Skiing/Boarding”

Just got back from my first trip to Bohemia and I had great time. The skiing was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was never a line at the lifts.They have a Hostel Yurt, Cabins, Yurts for large groups. Be prepared though, since there isn't anything besides a snack stand.They do have a stove (no oven), microwave... More

Mount bohemia is the only reason I have been able to maintain my sanity during the winter months while living in the midwest! The riding is unbeleivable when there is good snow.
