picked up hwy 52 from 7 out of huntington wv west to cinn. went out of our way to take the "scenic byway"
rarley saw the river, can certainly understand the need for the levees, but this appears to be a very finacially depressed area and if it's going to be labled a scenic byway then the tourism board should...
