Our trip with MFRE was excellent. When we reached the take out, we wanted to turn around and do it all over again. The area is an incredible place to see, let alone to camp in and traverse by river. The guides were excellent in all aspects, and we were very well fed and looked after. They were excellent company... More

Traveled with Echo down the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in August 2014. The guides were knowledgeable and fun! The food is incredible and and of course the views of the country are breath-taking.Would highly recommend this trip to all.

My wife and I had a great trip floating the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in July. Guides were very knowledgable, fun and competent. Equipment was first-rate. This was our first guided raft trip (we've rafted by ourselves a lot but thought this river to be a bit too technical). Fishing was very good for hungry but smallish cutthroat... More

I was the other friend mentioned in Michael R's review. I have to concur with everything Mick has said and can only add what a hoot we had all made special but the good company of all of Clint's team. They made you feel like you weren't a client but at the same time also treated and spoilt you like... More

I am not sure what was better - the incredible "River of No Return" Wilderness, or the fantastic guides who got us through it. The tour alternated between unbelievable relaxation and exhilarating thrills through the whitewater. And through it all, the guides at MFRT - led by Scoop and Clint - made sure that it was the best experience possible.... More

I cant tell you how much we enjoyed this amazing trip in the fantastic wilderness of Idaho. We loved every minute of it the river; the rapids, the fishing, the company, the food and the fantastic team ability lead by Kate including Mark, Jacob, Scotty and "good job" Jamie! They all managed to get the right balance between looking after... More

I've gone on dozens of river trips and worked as a guide in the industry, and I can't say enough about the MFRE crew: Jamie, Kate, Treesh, Scott, Ivan, and Mark. Each one was personable, smart, and hugely talented on the river. Plus, they did such an amazing job of helping our group get to know each other. The other... More

The Middle Fork of the Salmon River in Idaho is beautiful. I loved being on the river at the bottom of the canyon with the sawtooth mountains surrounding us. A week off the grid, no phones, computers, electricity . . . ahhhhh!. The Middle Fork River Expeditions crew are experienced, knowledgable about so many things, friendly, incredible chefs and more.... More

We, including my husband, several cousins, friends, and people previously unknown to us. went down the Middle Fork of the Salmon River from August 5-10 with Clint Frank and his crew of six. Before we left, I had thought the price slightly expensive: not now - it was worth every penny and the problems of getting there from west central... More
