There just aren't enough superlatives to adequately describe this experience. Tremendous organization, outrageous fun and adventure, truly awesome eating, incredible people (guests and guides), exquisite scenery, and the perfect escape from our crazy world. Can't wait to do it again. Aces all the way.

Running the Middle Fork of the Salmon is an amazing way to experience the largest wilderness area in the lower 48 states. We did it as a family (12yo and two 8yo kids) and cherished the time together. The river is the real star here, so I'm sure you would have a great experience with any outfitter. The sound of... A unique six day family wilderness adventure through one of America's last pristine wilderness areas coupled with luxury camping. Clint and Molly Frank of Middle Fork River Tours arranged it all for our family of seven ranging in ages from 7 to 70. Their team of patient and talented guides kept us safe; educated us on the history and ecology... More

What an amazing trip. We floated in the largest wilderness area in the lower 48. Lots of animal sightings (bears, sheep, beavers, otters, eagles, osprey etc). The food was excellent as were the guides who have been floating this river for decades. Sleeping under the stars without a tent in beautiful weather. The water temperature is perfect this time of... What a wonderful way to get out and immerse yourself in nature. The kids and adults we rafted with were great and the guides at MFRE could not have been nicer, more professional, and fun. We will definitely be going again.

Incredible scenery, fun activities, and incredible guides made this a memorable experience. Engage with the wilderness but do it safely and with incredible food and comfort. The guides were great.

What an amazing trip on the Middle Fork with Luke and his crew. All the guides were professional and fun to hang out with and they worked hard every day to make our trip comfortable and fun. They taught us how to run the rapids safely in the duckys - what a hoot! They took us on some great hikes... More

Had a great time with MFRE company on the Middle Fork out of Stanley, ID. The river was low, so we flew into Indian Creek to begin our 75 mile trip. Our guides - Larry, Jaime, Kate, Treesh, Scotty and Mark were amazing river guides, musicians, cooks, hosts, and all around fun-loving/safety conscious folks. Spectacular scenery along the way and... I am not really a rough it type of gal however eating great food, meeting great people, and being guided down the most beautiful of rivers with Klint Frank and crew of Middle Fork River Tours has made me a new adventure seeker. Can't say enough about this outfitter. Professional, personable, seasoned guides, great food, great personalities and everyone of... More
