Spring river is a beautiful place to fish, float, and swim. There are a few times of the year when it is best to keep the kids at home like Memorial Weekend, Spring Break and Labor day weekend. Though as a kid growing up on this river I don't remember ever seeing anything I souldn't have but other than these... more

My wife and I travel to the Spring river every year since moving to Arkansas in 2001. Yes there are times when the kids get rowdy, usually during spring break, but most of the time it is a quiet place to go and fish or just relax. Riverside campground is a small place, but very nice, clean cabins. more

On this river men have beads for women that will show their breasts. We saw many breasts. It was like Bourbon Street on a river. So many drunk, crazy and obnoxious people on this river. This river is not for familes and I will never return which is sad because the scenery is beautiful and the rapids are pretty decent. more
