Sheltered bay. Sea safe for kids. Not a large beach so can get crowded. Open to public but we were not approached and didn't get hassled in the way we have been at other Caribbean resorts. Easy to get in and out of sea, clear water, white sand. Life guard friendly and helpful. Beach volleyball organised but can get quite... More

I loved everything about it. I suggest to bring water shoes if you like to go way out in the water! The Locals are friendly and enjoy talking, but if you want to be alone then they totally respect that! :) You can snorkel along the beach and be totally taken by the beauty!

Just a short taxi ride from hotel. If you're lucky you can go in an American car from the 50's. Beach is better at the hotel, but the market is worth a look although it's mostly the same stuff as in the hotel stalls

The market had the same stuff you see everywhere else, the beach looked nice, but busy, we chose to return to our resort instead.

Lovely Beach. Lots of Cubans there, so it's busier than the hotel beach! Also got approached to buy things too!

This beautiful beach has warm white sand and gorgeous clear, shallow waters. ideal for amateur snorkelling! Extremely popular with locals who spend their weekends eating, drinking, swimming and snoozing there.

Brilliant white sand, clear blue sea and a gentle breeze..... Lovely. Read some reviews who said beach was often littered but we didn't see any as there are plenty of bins and the beach was cleaned each day. Also some people moaning about the locals being on the beach on weekends... Really ! It's the home they can go where... More
