Even though the driver of the boat had to turn back because he had forgotten a drop off - which delayed us by 15 mins - we got an opportunity to see Bay of Many Coves resort close up and we had a good trip to Ship Cove. Our luggage was at our hotel as planned and the pick up... More

We had a great trip to Queen Charlotte Track. What a surprise to see Queen Mary 2 in Picton. QM2 was diverted to Picton due to rough see in Wellington caused by cyclone Pam.

We were so impressed with the tour that took us to Mistletoe Bay. We had a short boat ride on queen Charlotte Sound to a nature preserve on the bay. Our tour guide was Linda who helped us identify the numerous plants and trees we saw along our walk. The walk was not strenuous and we saw several birds along... More

Enjoyed the visits to old haunts, dropping off and picking up people, mail etc. Three hours 10am to 1am, and done on the spur of the moment in on a chilly day. Sort of got the munchies. So maybe offer more than coffee, drinks and chippies

Great way to spend the afternoon. All the staff was super friendly especially Fred the Captain. He shared a lot of wonderful insights and pointed out things to see. He talked food and shared bits of Kiwilife. We would do the Bay of Many Coves trip with lunch again in a flash. Beautiful!

We used Cougar Lines for our Queen Charlotte track walk - no issues at all, our bags were in good condition and at the destination as arranged every day. Highly recommend.

We recently cycled the Queen Charlotte Walkway and Cougar Line made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. The booking staff were friendly and informative, as were the staff on the boat. The early morning trip on Queen Charlotte Sound was picture perfect and the skipper first spotted and then stopped the boat so we could watch the dolphins -... More

Booked for a group of friends travelling to the Queen Charlotte track. Booking made through our accom so easy for us. Friday - good check-in service but full boat with not much room among mountain bikes and other passengers. I was told off by a staff member for using my own cup for the complimentary coffee (after I had asked... More

We used Cougar to take us in and out of our lodge at Bay of Many Coves from Picton and also to take us to points along the Queen Charlotte track to walk the track and then collect us later. We did 7 trips with the various Cougar boats and saw pods of dolphins on two of the trips -... More

Cougar Line gave us a great experience on Queen Charlotte Sound. We did the 5 hour Ship Cove to Furneaux Lodge, half day trek. It was fabulous on the one hour water taxi each way and then an incredible 10KM trek on Queen Charlotte Trek.
