This is a really good way to get some knowledge of Tavira and it's history. Low admission fee and just 20 minutes for the presentation which was fascinating. We went on our last day as the weather was showery and wished we'd gone sooner so we could have explored more of the town afterwards.

This is a fascinating experience, and I would recommend any visitor to Tavira to take the time to drop in. Our guide Kinga, was good humoured, and extremely knowledgable, guiding us through the fascinating views of the town and it's history.

A 360 degree view of the city and some of the historical features explained by the guide. What a great way to see what is on offer at Tavira and gives you the opportunity to visit other sites of interest that have been highlighted during this short presentation. At only€3.50 it is good value.

7 euros well spent ! We got a private viewing as we were only 2 people to commit to the view at the time. An excellent way to view an interesting place with some informative anecdotes!

hard to describe but its well worth a look! Essentially they have converted an old water tower and use a series of very old mirrors to project a moving live image of the town below, with a guide talking you through places of interest - really fascinating and the young guy who showed us around was great. The place isn't... More

There is no doubt Tavira is a wonderful and picturesque town but the view from here gives the town an added dimension? Excellent views of the town, an informative young man who pointed out many points of interest and gave a potted history of the area in doing so. Excellent value for money and a pretty unique experience also -... More

You pay 3.5 euros, go up a lift and into the old water tower and have a guided tour of Tavira. I learnt a few things and enjoyed listening as I was "walked" around the town. It is near the castle walls and in a top spot. Enjoy a fresh orange juice for 1 euro nearby (tourist train drop off... More
