What a wonderful experience. I've never seen anything like it before. I had no idea how incredible salt was!! Definitely recommend you do with a guide. Also pleased went in winter months to see some of the special chambers that close in the warmer months. Thoroughly enjoyable. Need at least 3 hours to see things.

Very interesting indeed. 700 year old salt mine with fascinating carvings and Chambers. 100m below ground. Informative guide made the tour with good commentary. Only negative. .. the lift back to the surface had 9 people squashed. .. and I mean squashed. .. into a tiny lift. Definitely not for claustrophobics! Otherwise great! !
