Despite being completely renovated during Soviet times, the castle is very impressive. You do not have to buy a ticket to enjoy it from outside: from the lake or from the shores. It's a bit out of the way, but well worth the trip to venture through an old castle. They have lots of old artifacts from the different time periods. This castle is surrounded by a large lake, and for a small fee, you can rent a sailboat with sailer to take you around the lake and castle. Gorgeous to visit... more
