Fabulous collection of mostly Soviet (though certainly not all) cars, motor-cycles and other vehicles. All in fantastic condition and with English descriptions.

If you are a person who is really into the past, present, and future of cars this should be a stop for you on your visit to Riga. They have an interesting collection of some weird soviet cars that famous Reds have road in. The displays are not well written about, but if you know something about cars you should... More

We tried to visit the motor museum which is located some distance from town. It seems that the museum building is renovated so the museum is closed without any massage about that. WE just recognized the site from some pictures ( building looking like the front of a RR) but there was no sign or any info were the museum... More

Great collection of classic cars and motorcycles. Located near to existing racetrack. Now it`s under renovation, should be even better when finished.

This museum, although somewhat out-of-the-way for first-time visitors to Riga, has a fantastic array of vehicles, including a spectacularly funny display of a realistic wax figure of the drunken USSR Communist Party leader Leonid Brezhev in his car, which he wrecked while in a stupor (based on a true story).

Having been to similar museums in the US (Tupelo and one more :-) ), I did not expect to see something special. But I did. While most of the cars were serial models in the other similar museums I had been to, this one featured many exclusive ones - made for the Romanian king, for Stalin or given as a... More

The museum is really good. It's difficult to find but after that you excuse everything. The old cars from soviet times, the cars of the leaders of USSR and so on. Price is democratic - 1ls for students

When I planned my visit to Riga's Motor Museum, I knew just a few things - it's the coolest collection of Soviet government's cars and there are some unique cars in museum. And yes! It was all true and much more! Me and my wife, and I should say she is not a person who can watch cars for hours,... More

Some Latvian vechicles, very rare Audi cars, Brezhniev's crashed RollsRoyce and much, much more - as classic cars lover I liked it very much. Automotive history is not only about muscle cars and old Mercs - go to Riga Motormuseum and discover.
