This bar feels like you are entering a parallel universe stuck somewhere in time at the end of the last century. Black paint and red seating; I felt quite nostalgic. Oh and Depeche Mode. Of all the bands in the universe why Depeche Mode? Not that I have anything against them, it’s just a bit of a strange choice. It... More

I'm not a massive DM fan but my friend is and I have to say Im really glad she took me along as I did really enjoy this bar, it's got a good atmosphere and it's just plain fun :-)

Depeche mode posters, videos playing, decor, etc. good prices for the heart of old town. Tardis-like as there is a much larger expansion room if you go around the bar. Also a probably quasi legal smoking room. Didn't smell it in the main area though. If you lived through the 80 s or are a DM fan it deserves checking... More

Well you wouldn't come here if you weren't a Depeche Mode fan unless you had heard about it and just wanted to have a look. We are in the latter camp, though I quite like the music I wouldn't bother going and seeing them. Bar is weird, fun, comfortable, empty (when we went). Good cocktails. Barman as monosyllabic as the... More

I just had to go to see what all the fuss was about. What a strange concept - a bar devoted to DM. I'm so glad I read previous reviews about the miserable barman otherwise I would have felt quite intimidated by him. He was the same bald headed man and was quite abrupt and practically annoyed we were there.... More

I only found this bar by accident walking about Tallinn. it is very difficult to find. I went in expecting a seedy joint full of DM fans etc. Was I wrong. It had DM concert playing on a big screen. Loud but not so loud that U couldnt hear the person beside U. The whole bar and the tables are... More

Only in Tallinn :) you walk in Old Town and see this kind of place. Of course this is a must visit to every DM fan, but worth of visit for others too. I bet bartenders hate "Personal Jesus" , because even a good song turns bad, if you have to listen that 5 times a day all year long... More

perhaps it is the Estonian way, but the bald bloke behind the bar is probably the most miserable & surly person I encountered during my stay in Tallinn. That aside, the baar is a must for any Depeche Mode lover, with rolling live footage, loads of DM memoribilla and some apt, if slightly overpriced cocktails. Worth 30 mins of anybody's... More

My husband and I were going to stop in for one just to check it out....needless to say we arrived back at our hotel at 2:00am! Walk down a few steps and you will arrive at an interesting bar with depeche mode posters and memorabilia on the walls.Obviously DM is the only band that they have playing :) The night... More

I loved it here, great music and atmosphere. The themed drinks were fun, although som of them were really horrible. Do not try the Enola Gay, although I should've seen that one coming.
