We arrange a tour. There's a vecculum to get up there. lots of steep steps inside that gets you up to each level. Good view of the new and old town from the top. Inside there's four floors, each telling a story of the area.

We took the funicular to the top as we had a stroller. It was 1.50 EUR round-trip, and totally worth it. The tower cost money to go in, but you could walk around the walls, and they at 360 degrees of beautiful views.

I went to view Germinas Tower yesterday, as well as the Catholic cathedral. They are right alongside each other as are the Three Crosses and the Lithuanian National Museum. Gediminas though, requires wearing some flat soled shoes. It takes about 5 minutes to walk up the helical cobbled path but you will be rewarded with a good view over the... More

One must See when you are in Vilnius. On your way up in the tower you get history and there is a lot of pictures and you can watch a movie about things that happend in Vilnius. I recomend that you walk up to Gediminas Towe if you are able to walk off course. Tumbs up for this place!

A great view of the city and a nice way to spend an hour or two. It's a pleasant walk up to. There is a small charge to go up the top tower.
