The owners run the shop. All of the items are hand-made in Slovakia. The owner explained to me that she meets with the craftsmen/women and personally selects the goods that are sold in her shop. Krabice od Schichtova mýdla s jelenem, plechovky s kávou s kakaem, prášky na prani, zásobniky na salonní petrolej, výstava registračních pokladen i starý kontejner na zmrzlinu. It not well known place. Museum where you can feel the spirit of old shop of Bratislava and even BUY some merchandise styled as it was at that times. You SHOULD try a local cake Pishinger. The museum / shop is not large but in past such shops were not big in size. I recommend to taste Bratislava poppy seeds rolls or strudel and a red current wine. But not together!

Obchod v muzeu is a private museum of trade & industry (free entry) and small retail shop located on Biela Street in the middle of the Old Town. This is excellent new place right in the centre, at 66 Biela St., it is a small old-style shop which offers selected quality local products, which extends to few other rooms where you can see exhibits from old shops - old jars, advertisement boards, cash registers etc. Entry is free of charge, and no purchase is required, however the shop...
