This is an interesting old building on the edge of the Main Square. Spend a few minutes and wander through the front, off the square, to the courtyard. The building was not open to the public when we visited.

I climbed the 99 steps (reduced rates for seniors) and was rewarded by a superb view over the square and further

The old town hall is in the center of the old town. The inner courtyard allows you to appreciate what a marvelous building that you are looking up at. Have a go at the piano placed at the entrance of the courtyard. The architecture is varied. Have a look. Worth the look.

Right in the city centre! Take a look at it from the outside, even because it is on the way for everything. But if you are in a hurry and you do not have a lot of time to visit it, then the sight from outside can be enough. Bratislava has definetely other better things to offer.

Very pretty and beguiling. Worth a short visit to take some photos, but do not expect to spend much time here

I was surprised how small this building was but the size was nothing when you considered the different styles of architecture. It is worth a visit to appreciate and maybe fill in another bit of history of Bratislava.

This building is composed of all sorts of different architectural elements from medieval era. Inside the building is really not interesting and houses a museum and other offices. Walking around visiting and playing a public piano might be interesting thing to do for half an hour or so.

The most interesting for me is the cannon ball on the left side of the Gothic window. It was left to remind on French siege in 1805 and 1809.

great for those who want to learn a bit about Bratislava and to see various things in one small place...The town hall is an amalgam of different styles. Throughout the year, make sure you look into the courtyard at least, there's often a little market on, especially during the vine harvesting and in winter...
