If you are visiting square in Christmas time, there is plenty people goin around and its really busy. But when christmas pass, there is not much to do. Its nice to see and walk around, or just sit on bench and rest. But after a while you just get bored and want to see something else.

Main square - maybe not really 'main', it could be said that the Hviezdoslav square is more "important", but this one is the most charming. Wonderful historical buildings, many restaurants, embassies, but what really catches your attention is the building of the Old Town Hall (looks a bit like a church), Rolland fountain and the sculpture of Napoleon's soldier. Bratislava has lots of little, cool statues within the old town. It's quite fun to try and find them all.

Main Square is smaller than other squares in Bratislava but it is a meeting point and close to other attractions.

Nice cosy square with a few cafes and restaurants. Christmas market is great but closes on the 24th of December so make sure you visit before.

This area is the center of the old town. Unfortunately when we are there, we already miss the Christmas market so we did not really see the extra beauty of the town. However it is still worth to hang around and exploring this area.

It was a nice trip to Bratislava. I recommend Bratislava trip for you guys. The day timing was quite good but there was fog, which I consider a bit early. Anyways have a nice trip here.

The street was crowded with tourists looking at the many shops and statues. Buildings of typical construction lines both sides of the street. The slow pace ambience of this busy street was striking.

Great place to visit and enjoy. Especially in Christmas time. Try all the street foods as much as you can! And drink hot Medovina! Buy something Slovakian like pickled cheese. And find all the jesting statuettes.
