The Main Square in Bratislava is small but nice, and a must if visiting the city. Lots of cafes and restaurants, as well as some heritage buildings add to the atmosphere. For a meal or a drink, head to some of the side streets.

The main square in Bratislava is quite small and cosy. Wonderful buildings and atmosphere. This is where the statue of Napoleon is. Cumil is one street away.

Hlavne Mamestie is one of Bratislava`s top attraction. As i take a walk past here, i find attractive colorful buildings in boroque & renaissance era styles. It also houses the old town hall & many foreign embassies. Some lovely cafes are located on the sidewalks along with souvenir & curio shops.

Hlavne namestie or in english Main Squere is the heart of Bratislava city center. Is small but nice to see. With Napoleon statue, the fontain of Roland and lot of restaurants and palast or church. On the christmas you can visit the chridtmas markt and in the summer you can visit the rich cultural program here.

One of the most famous square in Eastern Europe, Hlavne Namestie its an interesting place to visit. Lots of statues to take pictures with it, lots of little bars and cafe's and a great atmosphere. Might not be the best area to grab a bite with lots of great restaurants around the corner but its a great place to hang... More

Lovely main square where there is a beautiful fountain and lots of buildings which will make you ooh and aww over their intricate designs. Several stautes nearby include Cumil, Napolean on his bench and Schonc Naci greeting visitors to his beloved city. St. Michel's also at the end of (or beginning depending where you start!) with it's impressive tower.

Hlavné námestie (literally "Main Square") is one of the best known squares in Bratislava, Slovakia. It is located in the Old Town and it is often considered to be the center of the city. Some of the main landmarks found in the square are the Old Town Hall and Roland Fountain.

Nice but not amazing town square. Find the brass men sticking out of the manholes. As usual, better food just off the main squares.

This square, named "Main square" is not so enchanting at first glance. One would expect something bigger, or fuller, more central. Except a fountain, located towards the main boulevard, the space is rather empty. Which proves to be an advantage, because it allows for concert stage to be built, allowing viewers to have an uninterrupted and clear view. In the... More

It is not that big, but you can stay there quite long if you are interested in the history= every building is worth of the story.Round the corner-the house of Rubenstein, opposite it is a famous cafe with excellent desserts.
