Not enough time to explore authentic suburbs of Bratislava yourself? Then join our 2-hour or 4-hour Post socialist Bratislava city tour. Not enough time to get the taste of Slovakia? Then join our Slovak Village Pub Crawl. Tired of the city rush? Try Little Danube Canoe Trip. Need of the mountains? Go for our 1-day hiking trips. Longing for travelling back to the past? Visit spooky ruins during our 1-day castle tours. However, having stayed only in Bratislava, you can hardly say you have seen authentic Slovakia. Allow yourself 2 days or more to explore mountainous areas off-the-beaten-track. For real nature freaks we have prepared great hiking trips. If you are greedy for mysterious touch with medieval times, you will find it at gloomy castle ruins watching deep Slovak forests from above. « less

We have just completed a two week trip starting in Passau and finishing in Bratislava and the six of us agreed this was undoubtedly the highlight for us. Make sure you sign up for the four hour trip like we did. You will see so much more.

This tour has been a real highlight of our time in Bratislava. Having spent the morning wandering round the historical centre, it was really interesting to explore the somewhat less attractive parts of the city and hear the stories behind them. It was Peter, the tour guide, who made this such an enjoyable experience. He was knowledgeable, interesting, hilarious, entertaining... More

Highly recommend doing something with these guys if you are ever in Bratislava. After having explored most of the more touristy areas of the city we (5 lads) were looking for an alternative outlook on Bratislava and we couldn't have asked for more! Brano went out of his way to sort a tour out for us and was an excellent... More

We really enjoyed our tour with this company and would highly recommend them. Ours was the post socialist city tour, which covered the Slavin monument, abandoned factories, the 1938 bunker line, plus an array of communist era architecture. The tour was informative, fun, very personal and an insight into the country which conventional tours would be unlikely to provide. Our... More

Wonderful tour with Peter. Remarkably well-informed and illuminating. Had a lot of laughs, too. The Skoda's a riot, of course, a classic that for reasons unknown still hums along. A great--and authentic--way to see the sights and workings of a post-Soviet city. Highly recommended! Jim T.

We enjoyed the tour immensely. I can't remember our tour guide's name, but he was the owner and did a great job. There were just four of us, and we saw a whole different side of the city than you'd otherwise see.

We decided to book this 4 hour bike tour as we were interested in going off the beaten track in Bratislava in addition to finding out about life under Communism. The booking process was very easy...completed via e-mail and confirmation was provided by a nice gentleman called Peter. On the morning of the tour (Sat 2nd August 2014), we arrived... More

Can't imagine any better way to see the city than the Post Socialist tour with Peter in the 40 year old white Skoda. He truly loves the city, and made us love it too - gave us some great suggestions on restaurants and other things to do in town as well. Can't miss!!!!

My boyfriend and I spent four hours with Peter, riding around Bratislava in his grandfather's Skoda. (The car turns 40 this year!). It was a fantastic experience! Peter was a great guide, giving us a wonderful blend of historic information, insightful personal stories and a bit of comedy along the way! The car itself is a hoot. After picking us... More

We organised our tour on short notice but there was never a problem and Peter always communicated with us promptly. We had a fantastic time with him seeing lots of different sights that a normal tourist would not see in Bratislava. He shared lots of personal stories from his family with us and it made the whole tour more genuine... More
