Description: Alternative tourist agency offering minivan and retro car trips in...
Alternative tourist agency offering minivan and retro car trips in Bratislava and surroundings for unbeatable prices. Visiting Bratislava for only 1 day? Not enough time to explore authentic suburbs of Bratislava yourself? Then join our 2-hour or 4-hour Post socialist Bratislava city tour. Not enough time to get the taste of Slovakia? Then join our Slovak Village Pub Crawl. Tired of the city rush? Try Little Danube Canoe Trip. Longing for travelling back to the past? Visit spooky ruins during our 1-day castle tours. However, having stayed only in Bratislava, you can hardly say you have seen authentic Slovakia. Allow yourself 2 days or more to explore mountainous areas off-the-beaten-track. For real nature freaks we have prepared great hiking trips. If you are greedy for mysterious touch with medieval times, you will find it at gloomy castle ruins watching deep Slovak forests from above.

Peter drove us outside Bratislava to four little villages for a beer in each local pub, but more than that slice of country culture, he pointed out bunkers, stopped at a medieveal castle, and regaled us with stories of his upbringing and the country in general. 4.5 hours with Peter was the gem of our visit to Slovakia! You don't... More

One of the best tours I have ever been on. Everything was extremely authentic. The tour guide was my absolute most favourite ever guide. He was clearly oh so passionate and knowledgable. Guys don't keys this opportunity pass you by! Go go go! I'd tell you the highlights but I don't want to spoil it for you!

We took the post-socialist tour with Juro and it was a true highlight of our time in Bratislava, especially driving through Petrzalka, the vast planned Communist suburb across the Danube. He showed us some fascinating off the beaten path sights that otherwise we would have missed, but even better were his explanations and stories and insights and candor about Bratislavian... More

We did the one day Western Slovakia tour with Brana. He did a great job! Picked us up on time at the hotel in a very nice car, brought drinks, typical Slovak snacks and slivovich to try. The countryside was beautiful and we enjoyed Brana's commentary about life in Slovakia and its history. He chose a nice restaurant in the... More

We first did this tour in February and enjoyed it so much we came back to Bratislava to do it again in August. Our guide, Juro and his Skoda 100, made for a wonderful and informative tour. The highlight for us was Bunker 8 - brought home the reality of living through the Cold War. A must do tour for... More

We were taken around Bratislava in a relic of a car with no seat belts!!![Health and safety issue!] but our guide was brilliant and spent a lot longer than the allotted time with us. It was a different side to the city and our guide was really interesting. I was concerned that the car wasn't going to make it and... More

We recently took this tour and were very pleased. Our host, one of the two brothers who run this operation, was charming, witty, and knowledgeable. We were taken around the various architectural brutalist excesses of the communist past in Bratislava, and given a very thorough briefing into the political machinations that led to them. Our guide was both ironic and... More

My family and I (Husband and two teenaged boys) have just returned from a 4-day break in Bratislava and can say with some certainty that the highlight was the Post-Socialist City Tour. We were hugely entertained and educated by Juro. Whilst only a toddler when the Berlin Wall fell (thereby triggering the sweeping changes across Eastern Europe) there were no... More

The Skoda van was a moving relic! The tour really connected is with the post socialist Bratislava and stories that go beyond the charming old city. Our guide, Juro, was very informative and energetic about his city and the sites. Good tour to take for a different perspective on Bratislava!
