Terrible Customer Assistance! Me and my wife bought 2 tickets on the internet from Bratislava to Vienna to travel at the end of August. Considering this is a boat trip, we knew of course that a trip like this is subjected to weather conditions. The problem is that the company does not inform you (by e-mail or on the company´s... You can get to Bratislava easily, comfortably and cheaply by the Bratislover train pass issued by Austrian Railways (OBB). The pass is cheap, includes the round trip by train from the Hauptbahnhof (main train station) and it includes public transportation within Bratislava for the day. This pass is one of those hidden little value secrets that can save you plenty... More

Took this for a day to Vienna. Cost was more than than a bus ( alot more) but it was well worth it. You see things that you can never see from the road. Reccommended .

Quick way to and from Vienna to Bratislava with a Danube cruise thrown in . Apart from the fishermens houses on the banks we were a little disapointed that the Danube was not as scenic as expected on this short stretch . Quick comfortable boat ride making it easy to do a day trip to Bratislava

The Bratislava Hydrofoil was to be the highlight of our day to Bratislava but it was not to be. We were told where to go in Vienna but it turned out to be the wrong boat company (Twin City Liner) but they were helpful in getting us to the right location. Once there though, there was NO Boat. We, along... More

Despite reading many reviews we still wanted to take this ride, cause it was 35 celsius and the price difference compared to train or bus was not that bad. Also the arrival location in Vienna was convenient for us. So for around 25-35 euros (depending the tour time) you get a ride to Vienna. You get to see the Devin... More

We booked in advance for the return trip to Vienna from Bratislava, to guarentee a place on board, wise move. Rather than catching the bus or train, which were much cheaper. but if you want a front seat, get there early. Comfy on board, also has a little food and drink kiosk. some nice sights along the Danube, especially the... More

3x the cost of bus and twice as long the ride. A total waste of vacation time. The boat is old and tired. The boat departed late and took over 2 hours.

Having arrived in Bratislava by train from Vienna - we decided to take the Twin City liner back to Vienna. We booked the first trip of the morning, which was relatively quiet & only 20 euros as opposed to 30 euros on later boats. The seating was very comfortable with good views of the Danube. There was a commentary in... More
