Located on the top floors of a landmark department store, it has a suberb view of the city skyline and friendly prices from 6pm. Then at 10pm, its climatised main hall opens to a lively, 18+ crowd eager to party to wild, loud, hot tunes until dawn. Entry is usually free between 6pm-10pm, programs usually start at 10pm. Very cool atmosphere atop a department store (we were on the terrace the club wasn't open). Affordable drinks which was awesome. Music was not my type of electronic music but can't say I hated it nevertheless. Just more for those who like minimal.

Small and for sure different place. Certainly worth visiting. Only downside was football match displayed on large screen. Altought it might be a special occasion because of 23rd October... I higly recommend for anyone visiting Budapest, as it really is an unique place.

Best place for dancing bass music in Budapest. Every night a different dj playing with his own style. Never the same. To chill out and have a chat or a cigarette in peace, go up the stairs and get to the marvellous terrace with bar, table and chairs, with view on the city center.

A friend and I visited 'Corvinteto' during our one week stay in Budapest. We arrived early on a Saturday night at 8pm for a few quiet drinks before the club filled up. Entry was free and we ordered two draught beers at the bar. Service was efficient, but not the friendliest. No worse any of the other clubs we visited... More

There's more ice than bevarge in the drinks and coktails. And I've seen a used beer cup be refueled (so, someone has tasted someone else split without knowing that).

We appreciate that you still gave us two stars. We are very proud to be an important partner to many big brands, including Heineken, Coca Cola and Burn. Our commitment to our local and visiting guests and the high international quality standards our partners expect from us leaves absolutely no room to 'cheating with drinks', or compromise the service, in... I wish I'd read the prior review before coming here... we only had time to visit one ruin pub in Budapest on this visit, and mistakenly chose Corvin teto for the first time since we were staying nearby. We were charged 1000 HUF on the door (a surprise as I have not had to pay a cover charge at a... More

We are truly sorry you did not get what you expected from Corvintető. We do not charge our guests for visiting a 'ruin pub' - our roof terrace and other rooms are free to enjoy before 10pm, before our DJ programmes start. During the summer season, our Sundays are free throughout the night. But usually between Tuesdays and Saturdays, at... More

After hearing this was a great bar to visit in Budapest, my boyfriend and I searched for it after a visit to szimpla. First of all, the men at the door were incredibly rude, and after starting to go up the stairs, told us we would need to pay a cover of 500 forint. After pulling out my wallet, they... More

We are absolutely sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with us. More than just a rooftop bar, Corvintető is primarily an underground music club where we host ticketed DJ nights almost every night. Entry fees vary between 1-4 EUR/ person, charged after 10pm, as advertised at our door as well. It's important to let you know that we never... More

The idea of a bar-bup-club like this is very good. However from my experience I can say that the sound was awful, with the whole place quake because of the terrible sound... The terrace was ok. A bar tender was rude, and the stairway to go out stinks urine.

Basicly thé best techno/underground raveclub i have ever been to. It is on top of a Sparr conviencestore. You have to walk up to the 4th level but its worth it. On the forth level you'll see a staircase, this brings you to a terrace on the roof of the club where you can chill on benches and tables whilst... More

Never mind the shabby chick interior, clean restrooms and low drink prices; Corvinteto attracts friendly and polite customers around 20-25 years of age. The club is not about hooking up but rather about partying. Very, very refreshing. Oh, yes: The music was exceptional. We had a night of mashups to enjoy and did we ever. Yay for Budapest Nightlife!
