Don't expect nice service. Will never return to this place. Staff not helpful, "rolling eyes" at normal requests. after complaining to the manager, I understood where they get that behavior from. Could b a very nice place, if it was run by different people.

Had a few cocktails here during their happy hour, but prices were reasonable in any case. Great view from the boat of the sunset over the Danube, and nice to watch the sightseeing cruises going past. The food was really tasty and also very good sized portions, again at reasonable price. A band was practising on the higher deck and... More

We were surprised by the quality of the food it was dirt cheap and good sized portions. Can't beat it for setting when it sits in the river. Nice bar for drinks after dinner and even a club on board.

I went to a concert at A38 on a Friday night. It was a great venue. It had a nice atmosphere and good sound - I enjoyed being there.

I've been coming here since I was a teen and it's always a good party. Worth the trip out of town. Often attracts high profile bands and DJs too. Excellent sound system (as noted below). Worth checking out.

Recently been to Budapest on 11th May on this Restaurant. Whereas there was live music going on at the deck as well as in the basement and food served on the 1st floor, the ambience was nice. However the waiters were extremely rude as the Vegetarian food served was insufficient, not a complete meal, just on cooked vegetable. When inquired from... More

Cool night club situated on a ship, free entry and with live music. It's located on the Buda side of the Danubio, near the city center. To be see, especially because it's particularity!

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
