It is difficult to understand some of the reviewer comments here. This is not Beverly Hills but a beautiful Hungarian resort for families and individuals. There are wonderful pools for all ages and I loved my time there watching everyone having a good time, there are slides, wave stuff ordinary water and mineral water pools and lots of place to... This was so much fun! Been to another bath as well, but this was so much better and cleaner! Several pools with bubbles, waves, streams etc. 3 different tubes and a lot of sun! Excellent! You can rent a chair if you want or just stay on the grass. Not that expensive. The changing-rooms are for both male and female,... More

Visited June 2014. Soviet-style-service at the entrance (pricelist had rental prices for towels/blankets, but hou could not rent at ticket booth). The information was mostly in Hungarian, so for first timers it was difficult to find out the right way to start your visit. The area was nice though it was not so modern that hou could imagine from the... More

I visited the pools on a hot summer Sunday. The place was pretty packed in the afternoon, but my kids (9 and 6) loved everything, especially those slides. The place is great value for the money, and a lot of fun on a hot day. The overall experience was positive, but the changing rooms could be cleaner, and it is... More

... but staff are rude and smoke the cigarretes all over the place. A coffee served in plastic cups.. come on guys. Not too many time tickets options and a little too expensive

We were at Palatinus the last day of the season -13. It was still sunny and warm but not overcrowded so our family could really enjoy the bath. The wave-pool that functions once every hour is really cool, never seen so large waves. The kidspool with small slides was very much apprechiated by our 3 and 5 year old, but... More

Huge clean swimming pool complex with slides and wave machine (where surfing lessons are held- very bizarre). A bit old and architecturally undistinguished but GREAT FUN! Perfect reward for good behaviour during less kid friendly sightseeing.

Comprising about 7 large pools, side-by-side, with dancing fountains or water spouts or slides, or a wave machine or hot thermal water and one pool just for swimming in, this is a great place to cool down on a hot day. Suitable for all ages with clean changing areas and cafes it is a place that local families go to... More

This was our first experience with a bath complex in Hungary and we were not ready for the shear size of this place. There are three huge water slides that the kids loved and several large pools of different temperatures and depths. There is food and drinks to purchase as well. This bath may not have the architecture of some... More

There are a number of pools, including hot and warm mineral pools, water slides, a surfing pool (with waves), adventure pool with sprays and a river current (every hour on the hour). Also a deep pool with lanes for swimming. The whole place is very clean, and people were quite friendly. It can get very busy, even during the week... More
